Perfect for use with Fire TV 4K Stick

This adapter allows the use of a Fire TV Stick (any generation or other brand dongle) with a proper length M-M HDMI cable, to allow advantageous placement for the best WiFi reception. Having the Stick plugged in behind the TV is a terrible location for strong WiFi reception, especially if using 5G. This also applies if you have a HT receiver where all the devices plug into HDMI ports on it. Remember, you are placing a 'radio transceiver' (the Stick) behind a slab of metal. How is that going to help getting solid reception? It won't. I have a Denon HT receiver that manages all of my HDMI devices, and I use a single HDMI cable from it to the Sony 4K TV. Get yourself a quality M-M HDMI cable (3-6') and one of these F-F HDMI Couplers to locate the TV Stick in the clear - NOT on top of (will distort reception) or behind (will block/reduce reception) a chunk of metal. Everything else being equal, you will see a significant improvement in performance. Remember - dongles are radios. They need to be in the clear to operate best. This coupler is a very nice, and necessary, item to have so your TV Stick can be located in the best place possible.

Great Product!

Pretty much the same as depicted on the site. The order arrived on time and well packed. Each adaptor and cable was in its own heavy duty zip-locked bag. Pretty impressive in fact! Not a cheap bubble wrapped thing, but a well labeled and logo'd bag with contact information and website address prominently displayed on each bag. I like that! It tells me they care a great deal about their product. As for the actual product inside, not 1 complaint! Quality was superb. Felt durable and works like a charm. I extended my 4k firestick from behind my wall mounted 65' flat screen to the side, in order to get a stronger wifi signal, and it worked great. The hdmi female to female adaptors allowed me to extend 2 quality cables together to achieve the extra distance I needed to connect to another TV. No signal loss. A definite must have for all you gadget enthusiasts out there. Well worth the money for sure!

Just what I needed!!!

I have my hdmi cables behind the tv running in the wall down to the floor then into a receiver. This helped me out big time! Instead of taking the tv off the mount and phishing the cables out of the wall and running new longer cables this allowed me to add a short 3ft hdmi cable to the existing one and move my receiver where needed. Awesome product quick shipping at a affordable price. Money well spent!

Just what I needed

I installed a new tv in my wife's sewing room at a new location. Rather than try and run a new HDMI cable from a Tivo box in another room which would be a pain to do, I opted to just add an additional HDMI cable length and needed a coupler HDMI adapter. I found these couplers on Amazon and ordered them. I thought I would get a slightly degraded picture now I have a longer cable and an unknown with the adapter. But to my surprise, the adapter is working just fine and I am not experiencing any picture degradation. So far these adapters are just fine, no issues and were a great price.

Nice adapter that will cure headaches.

If you are running HDMI behind walls, these are great way to seperate the cables so you don't pull the ends apart like I did. Picture quality is perfect, so loss and puts my mind at ease now instead of figuring out what to do (which was put a wall in the ceiling and run new cables.). Save yourself a headache and money. Add these to both ends of your run.

It's a nice quality coupler

As a coupler, it's a basic product that works well. It has a quality feel, and the packaging supports that perception. It's not the most economical option out there, but the "lifetime unlimited refund guarantee" that came in the package was a nice bonus.

Extend HDMI Cable

I have a very long HDMI cable but it was just a tad short for my need. I ordered this HDMI extender to add a short HDMI cable to the long HDMI cable. With the combination of cables and this extender i now have the correct length. There is no interference coming thru as well. Crystal clear.

Works good

I have used the adapter to connect various cables to my HDMI-to-VGA adapter. I haven't run into any problems, no issues with signal quality and the adapters are small but seem sturdy. Based on my research on Amazon these were the best option, and I think I made the right choice.

Handy little accessory!

This saved me from having to take down a TV that is mounted above our fireplace mantle! We started streaming years ago ago, but I upgraded this particular TV recently by purchasing a new Fire Stick - I did have to utilize a current HDMI cable by doing this option, but we rarely use the DVD player HDMI cable I used in conjunction with this coupler when connecting our Fire Stick. Everything works great!

Very good HDMI couplers

The couplers arrived on time in good condition. I immediately used 1 of them to couple two 15 foot long HDMI cables that run from my kitchen where my Comcast Cable box is located to my bedroom where I have a second TV. I saw no signal lose in the picture on the distant TV.
