Bought this for my iPhone 6S Plus. No issues at all. Just had to call Verizon to activate it because I was using a brand new sim because my other iPhone and sim are with the fish now.
I bought this for use in an iPad Air 2 and it worked perfectly fine. No complaints at all. Not much else to say about it really. If you get one to add an iPad to your account it may be better to call them rather than try to add it online. It tried to make me update my plan when I tried online/on the iPad.
I have a "budget" phone without NFC running the latest Android 7, and this sim worked. I was worried at first because of all the reviews saying that it didn't. I think the important thing to check is if your phone has NFC functionality. If it does, then there is another sim listing with NFC in the title. My phone was unlocked and this version was introduced summer of '17, so phone age has nothing to do with compatibility -- just make sure you have a phone without NFC for this listing or grab the NFC chip for a NFC phone.
I was about to leave back feedback on this sim car - I had the same problem as everyone else. When I put in the sim card number I kept getting an error that the phone was unable to be activated due to a sim card error. I was doing this all from my other main cell phone. I read all the reviews again and thought I'd been had and the card was stolen or corrupt. Then I thought I would try to activate one more time by using my personal home computer. Put in the sim card number and BINGO - worked immediately. So anyone who is having problems, be sure you are doing the activation on a computer...that might be the problem if you are trying to activate from another cell phone. Thanks you!
I'm sure the SIM card is fine. Unfortunately we could not get the ATT phone properly unlocked to use it. Don't try to switch companies with an iPhone 5.
I purchased an iPhone 6 from a private party before my 2 year renewal was up on my other phone. That phone used a micro sim (the next size up) and the Verizon website was showing using that one (had I cut it down) wasn't going to work anyway. I'm not the primary on my Verizon account, so instead of going down and dealing with the Verizon store where there was a good chance they wouldn't give it to me without that person there, I ordered here and I was able to activate my phone online without an issue and it works perfectly.
Card worked perfect. Put it in my IPAD started it up and connected to Verizon and added it to my cell phone plan. Only took a few minutes and everything worked as expected.

Took awhile to receive it, but worked fine once I called up Verizon to help me swap it out from my old Micro SIM.

Simply a SIM
The genuine deal. Works perfectly. I like to keep a spare SIM (or two) on hand for each of my cellular devices to eliminate trips to a Verizon store.
