Just received today. It was a little sticky at first but once molded it stiffened up. Nice product and amazing color illusions. Would recommend buying this product, most people expect it to have a softer feel but remember it's putty. Not slime.

I CAN'T PUT IT DOWN

Ok 1st of let me start by saying that packaging was great and it arrived the next day..Im literally hooked on the stuff I love the color and texture so basically the product is on point..just take a look at the chameleon color this thing has..It changes with the sun from blue to pink to purple etc...I ordered a bunch of different ones as well like the liquid glass one which is completely see thru and tonme thats awsome but if you dont keep your hand 100%clean at all times the clear one will turn grey..Oh by the way this stuff never drys up so i dont know who has been complaining about that but trust me it remains exactly the same all the time.enjoy it cause it will literally keep you busy like if you had 20 fidget spinners in one hand..lol i love it..

I can't believe how much fun this stuff is!

First of all, this is NOT slime, it's putty. It's about the consistency of chewing gum. I see a lot of reviews for people who are disappointed at the texture. I hope this review helps folks before they purchase to know what they are getting. Secondly, this putty (Super Scarab) has a very cool visual effect. In some lightly it looks crystalline green, in others it's purple. It shimmers and that adds to the fun. I've found this to be a great fidget for my autistic son, a great stress reducer for myself, and an all around great distraction. I do recommend storing it flat so that the putty doesn't gum up the lid. Great fun! Enjoy!

Great Calming Agent

I gave this to a friend for Christmas. Recently, he became extremely upset to the point that he didn't know how to calm down. I reminded him of his gift and suggested he start squeezing his putty, which he did. We, also, suggested that he take some other calming measures as well. All of these methods together helped him, with the putty being one of the most successful. I plan to get him another color for his birthday. Thank you for advertising this as a destressor, or I wouldn't have known to buy it for him.

Fun colors and good for hand strengthening

I love this stuff! I have had carpal tunnel surgeries and this is a great way to exercise and strengthen my hands and wrists. I also have some A.D.D. and it helps there too, love the colors, I squeeze and stretch it while watching TV too. It was hard to open at first because it had shifted and was stuck to bottom and lid. Don't be discouraged by its first appearance. You need to work some to get it out the first time, get you finger down to the metal of the bottom and then pull up from under the putty and it will pop right out! Then work it some in your hands and it will be all good. I think with shipping and temp changes it can make it look dry or make it hard to get out, but it's still good, just work it out of tin that first time.

Great product!

I bought this putty in 3 different colors! A large tin of super scarab and two small tins of super lava and super oil slick. The putty is very fun to play with and the amount that comes in each tin is more than enough. The smaller puttys are much tougher than the large tin. All of them feel slightly sticky when playing with them but they leave no sticky residue on your hands. They will stain clothing and furniture so if you're buying these for kids I would take the same precaution you would with playdoh. Super scarab is by far my favorite color, depending on the lighting it changes from purple to blue and green. Oil slick is my second favorite, changing from green to yellow and copper. Super lava was a little disappointing. The flash on my camera made it look red but in reality it's more of a copper/brown color. I didn't see as much color change in this one as I did in the other two. All in all I'm very happy with this purchase and I will probably buy more in the future.

Wanted this for years!

I first saw this putty when I was about 10 years old. Begged and begged my parents to buy it for me but it just never happened - now here I am as an adult, and bought it for myself! What I like about it: -Fun to play with -Twist, tear, stretch, dangle, make crackle bubbles..list goes on. -VERY bouncy. What could have been better: - 3oz is not a while lot. It is enough to comfortably fill your hands IF you have small hands like I do! My friends with average to large sized hands could use a bit more. -It doesn't "puddle up" as fast as I thought it would. -The colors are nice, though slightly "cheap" and acrylic looking when not smooth (so any time other than when this has been left alone for ~1hr, it will look dull) Excellent stress reliever (slowly squishing this stuff is GREAT!) and good for people with anxiety. I would supervise any use with kids because if this gets into a carpet, it won't be coming out. Overall, this is a fun fiddle toy.

Good for Kids and Adults

We love this stuff! I have gotten a few different kinds and have been happy with all, but am including pictures of the ā€œSuper Scarabā€ type. I love the coloring of this one. The container is a bit tricky to get open but honestly I actually prefer it this way because it can keep kids from opening without you knowing. If you have difficulty opening it, Iā€™m sure you could leave it on loose as this will not dry out. When you first receive it, it looks a mess and you might think itā€™s ruined, but donā€™t worry you just need to scrap it up, and knead it a bit and it looks and works great. Iā€™ve included a picture of what it looks like first opened and after getting it together.

Helps with focus

I bought this putty for myself back in December. I love it! I have bad anxiety and this helps to give me something to physically focus on to help give me relief. It's colors are beautiful. It shifts between purples, pinks, and greens. It's extremely pliable and can be twisted, pulled, and smooshed. I would recommend it for anyone who needs something to help focus their mind.

NECESSITY, ESSENTIAL, MUST-HAVE

When I first saw this product in real life, i was in a rehab and EVERYONE had these, they would call their families and ask for them to ship it to them if they didnā€™t have one, itā€™s was like a MUST-HAVE thing. When I went home I purchased the project after seeing how useful it was for other people. I HIGHLY recommend this product. I liked the texture and the tin it comes in, the colors are amazing and the putty is amazing it never dries out or gets stuck or sticky on anything. Iā€™m recommending amazon users that itā€™s good use for fidgety people also, also People in rehabs, use them to play with during group meetings all day so they can concentrate longer. If u have ADHD or even if u get bored easily this is good quality putty to play with even during a meeting or watching tv, or airplane flights. Anytime u got nothing to do this will relax you and entertain your hands allowing you to listen to others talking for long periods of time.
