This Stuff Works
This stuff is awesome. Creates a stretchy, rubbery layer on anything you want. I used it to recoat a cheap office chair; it had a faux leather finish that was flaking off all over the house. This spray made the chair look like new, goes on perfectly over fabric. Amazing stuff.

Awesome
I have a tin roof and had a small leak above our bathroom. Did you notice the word had in the previous sentence? I sprayed this can all over the screws and vents in the roof. One can was barely enough but it worked! No leaks! I will try to update this post if it starts leaking again (meaning the product breaks down). Two months in - so far, so good!

Great Product. Stops Leaks! Sealed A Place On A Greenhouse Roof. Works Great.
I purchased this to use on a leak on my greenhouse roof. It was very tiny but I was afraid it would get in the electrical ( fan, lights, or wiring). I had a handyman helping me & he leaned on the place and made it bigger.( Crack) I thought he would work from the inside and spray but he climbed on the top. This stuff really works. We had a huge storm with high winds the next night. Not one bit of water got inside. I'll be buying this again to see if I can fix a gutter also. We've had several hard rains since and it works great. I'm also going to try it on a storm door that the water is causing the door to look like it is blistering on the inside at the bottom. So much for Life time Warranty from The Custom Door installer.

Works Great!
As usual, the Amazon.com delivery was faster than the dates stated. Thank you very much! The Rust-Olem spray works really well for the intended purpose. I used it to stop leaks in my rain gutter where the parts fit together. The main concern: make sure you know where you are aiming the spray and understand the spray is wide right out of the can. The instructions say to hold the can 8-18 inches away from the location you want to stop leaking. (I can't imagine a leak this product could stop if you needed to hold the can 18 inches away to cover the area. You would probably be more successful calling a plumber.) If the leak is a small area, as in a gutter leak, I would recommend holding the can more like 3-4 inches from the spot to be sprayed. Otherwise, you may be spraying your house or something else you did not intend to get the black tarry spray on. Clean up can be difficult and stressful. Use short, quick sprays for the best results. Using a good size piece of cardboard as a back drop between the gutter and the house is a good idea (a lot less clean up and a whole lot less stress). Just trash the cardboard when you are done. And, do not forget to hold the can upside down, to clean out the nozzle, when you are finished. This only takes about 2-3 seconds of pressing in on the spray button.

Leaking Car Trunk FIXED
My car's trunk has been leaking. I have used lots of caulking products. None worked. I purchased the Rust-Oleum over the Flex Seal simply because of the reviews saying it worked in more types of applications. I used the Rust-Oleum clear coat over metal with seams. Somehow the seams leaked into the trunk of my car. I sprayed multiple coats. It goes on thick but smooth. This was the advantage over caulk, as it created areas where water built up and found its way into small openings. The Rust-Oleum when applied over the area created a slick place for water to glide off the car. Trunk sealed. Total success.

Perfect Fix
I'e been faced with a badly fraying computer power cable for some time. I tried a number of repairs including electrical tape, all with very poor results. I finally saw a video of a man discussing this product to repair certain kinds of cables in specific situations. This precisely matched my needs and I immediately ordered the product. The repair worked perfectly and has held without problems for several weeks. I'm not only pleased, I saved a lot of money.

looks like its working perfect
looks like its working perfect. We got a fridge from my sister in law. The condensation drain pan was cracked in three places, its really very fragile. I gave it 2 coats with the Leak Seal and it holds water forever(8 days anyway, I filled it and let it sit for 8 days). Only time will tell if this has longevity, but it really seems like it will last. Follow the directions and it will turn out perfect.

Skylight leak no more
I used 2 cans of this to seal my skylight about 2 months ago. I have previously used tar to attempt to seal it but, the tar over the year that it has been on there has done 2 things, 1. curled up at the edges of the plastic dome to the skylight, and 2. develops small cracks along the metal dome housing. (over time I have added 2 layers of tar) The leak was mostly gone but was still a few drops coming down, so I went looking for a product that would get into the little cracks that the water was coming through. I applied this product as a base layer, using light coats. It took several light coats to use all of the product in 2 cans, but it did appear to fill in the cracks. I then proceeded to use clear 100% silicone caulking along the edges where the tar was curling up. Several rain storms later and so far this has held up tight, zero water. I will update if anything changes, but so far I really like the product.

I'm surprised. I've had no luck with any other leak stopper, and this fixed two leaks. One was a roof leak with asphalt shingles. Sprayed the area under suspicion and no water next storm. Also worked on a leaky fiberglass deck. Water was leaking around a floor drain. Sprayed the joint and it's been 1 month and no leak. Both leaks fixed from 1 can.
