They say "hand-trimmed", and for once, I believe the marketing verbiage. These are very good chicken thighs, with little gristle or unpleasantness. Even the pickiest of eaters will be satisfied with these right out of the package (and after cooking, obviously). Not cheap, but these seem worth their price tag.

I don't care if they're fatty. I don't care if there's some work needs doing before I cook it. I do care if they go bad two days before the sell-by date. I've bought 5 packages, four of them were safe and delicious, but the 5th one smelled like rot when I went to cook it today. I do care about wasting money. I'm going to see if they will replace the rotten one. (Edit - they did refund the spoiled meat, so I'm still very happy)

Good product. Very fresh and it does not have nearly as much fat on it as other brands. It has clearly been trimmed well. I will purchase again.

ive bought this brand several times and am pleased with the quality. a little pricier than costco chicken, but saves me a trip and freezer space. sometimes the thighs are sort of rolled up so be sure to "unroll" before cooking

Excellant product, very clean, and are delivered, l buy them 10 per order...

very easy to clean and great tasting! finally my search for quality chicken is over.

Tasted great, and affordable. I usually buy Bell and Evans air chilled thighs. These are comparable.

Great tasting chicken thighs! They are great in soups and stews, but I like them best just cooked in the pan with no added fat. I received with my order 6 fresh small boneless chicken thighs, quite nice trimmed. I personally prefer these being on the smaller size for my portions.

mmm. These are great thighs. I marinated with teriyaki and then cooked. Excellent, juicy and flavorful-- and I even froze and defrosted them before eating!
