Healthy pasta in a snap!

It is easy to make healthy pasta with this device!! This is compact and incredibly easy to use. I liked how thin one of the blades cut, so I used it for thinly-sliced celery and green onion for a delicious baked rice dish. Everything is built into the device. The lid can be pulled off and used to hold veggies in place to spiral use. There are two different blades for different sizes. For something different, I left the lid on and quickly sliced green onion and celery - with less mess than chopping. This one is much less complicated than others I've used. It makes making healthy pasta super fast and simple. The Williams Sonoma YouTube channel has a short video on how to use it. I liked the video better than the written instructions that came with it.

Makes veggies stand out

Love this thing! It's easy to use, easy to clean, hard to cut yourself and it makes fashionable veggies even more fashionable. I have to admit that eating a cucumber like this is more appealing than just a regular old diced cucumber... maybe it's the visual appeal because I'm pretty sure it tastes the same.

Paderno World Cuisine Two-Blade Handheld Spiralizer

This is a great little kitchen tool! It's extremely easy to use, and the spiralizer and julienne cutter both work wonderfully. It was usable right out of the box. I hand washed it and got started on the vegetables for lunch the day I received it. It's also easy to clean - even after cutting peppers, cucumbers, little tomatoes, and mushrooms, it took less than a minute to clean. It's also very small and tucks easily into a cupboard. Overall, I'm very impressed. Definitely recommended.

Great little guy!

Perfect tool to make spiral cuts on the fly. Perfect as well when you run out kitchen space. Or time. Blades unlock with a fraction of a turn and that small twist releases from container and then one blade from the other. Useful tip: do not use the pusher too early: not needed until you get close to the blade. Otherwise, as easy as a pencil sharpener; same idea actually. I own another small one, different brand, but the Paderno makes real noodles as opposed to flat strands. Easy clean under tap water and nylon brush. Love it!

This spiralizer is so much fun and easy to use

This spiralizer is so much fun and easy to use. It also makes frying vegetables a breeze since they are cut so thinly. I made the best topping for burgers yesterday by using the ribbon blade and cutting an onion into a thin strip and they sauteing it. You can use this for garnishing dishes beautifully, making vegetables look more interesting to kids to get them to eat them or to cook veggies more rapidly. I am concerned that when the blades wear out I won't be able to replace them. I'll probably purchase another two of these so I won't have to worry about not having one in the future.

I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

It's small, doesn't take up too much room on my counter or in cupboard. It's easy to use and works well for zuchinni (only thing I need it for). Washes well in dishwasher - there are only 2 parts. It's simple and it works and it'seems not expensive. I get into a rhythm turning the zuchinni and it's done in no time.
