winning at the ball field with these!
a must for baseball in the south! all the parent would sit in the bleachers and 4 of these kept 16+ people bug free for over an hour and still had about another left of burn life for the next game. so much nicer than bug spray! hold the tip down to the ground over the lighter for a good minute to get them going. we saw people try other brands of these but they were not nearly as good, they came and asked which ones we were using :)

they work as well or better than any other citronella or incense style bug deterrent ...
I bought these last year as a non-lethal method of keeping mosquitos at bay and I was skeptical as to whether or not they would actually work or not. Well, a year later and I can actually say they do seem to work. Well, they work as well or better than any other citronella or incense style bug deterrent that I've tried. These have had the added bonus that I enjoy the smell of the lemongrass and citronella better than the smells that some of the other mosquito repellents use. I take them and put them in decorative pots and each one seems to work in about a 10-12 foot radius, so I'm happy about that. The burn times of roughly 2.5 hours per stick also seems to be close to the times that I'm getting. So if you want a natural mosquito repellant and can handle the smells of citronella and lemongrass (the dominant scents here), then these should do the trick for you. I would (and will) buy again when the time comes.

several well placed sticks along the deck and the whole family was happy. I like the smell
Our family loves these mosquito sticks. We purchased them elsewhere previously, but the store no longer sells them and I was thrilled to see that amazon had a comparable price. They work very well! My husband is one of those people that mosquitoes flock too, so i light a few of these sticks about 15 minutes before he comes outside in the evening and he doesn't get any bites. We also used them while on vacation in the Adirondacks and the mosquitoes were plentiful, several well placed sticks along the deck and the whole family was happy. I like the smell, it is very similar to most incense sticks and is quite pleasant. They last a long time and can be re-lit often. We put them in a little container of rocks and sand and stub it out when done and it is ready to relight the next night.

Florida Summer Essential!
Ten stars! These work really well. I lit two, and placed them on either side of the largish lanai. I was able to do an our of yoga at 6 pm in the Florida summer, and not be bothered by one mosquito. This is a miraculous feat! After use I dunked them in a puddle to put them out, and saved for another day. Today I used them for a second hour, without any mosquito molestation what so ever, and put them out again. They burnt a bit unevenly, so one has about three inches left, and the other a good six. It looks like I should be able to get a third use out of them. In addition to being chemical free, this product is probably going to turn out to be the most cost effective too. One thing I might add is that I am usually quite sensitive to smells. Obviously, these do have an odor. However, it is not all that strong, and does not choke me up, or make my throat close.

Light em up!
Living in Florida or yard is infested with mosquitoes at night and early morning, at this time of year, which makes enjoying the outdoors a bit of a challenge. I bought this on a whim for my wife and kids. We took one out and lit it up, and suddenly there was no notorious for swarms of mosquitoes in the yard. I must say... I had my doubts, but this stuff worked really well! Smells really good too, like a camp fire. Great Seller and Great Packaging! Super Fast Shipping! Item better than described; trustworthy seller. Highly recommended! You can't go wrong buying from them!

These work GREAT. I go out into my backyard which is generally swarmed with mosquitoes, light one of these inside of the ashtray/ incense holder i use while I smoke, and mosquitoes are never a problem for me anymore. I must suggest that when you use these, you light them a little while before you actually intend to be outside. It takes a little while for them to take effect as far as I've found but after that period is over, no more mosquitoes.

Did not really expect these to work, but now I LOVE these!
I live in Tucson, AZ and we had a horrible mosquito situation last summer. Although we don't have any standing water on our property, the mosquitoes seemed to be hiding in our patio furniture and would attack my family whenever we went outside. I bought these in hopes that my children would be able to play in the backyard without mosquito bites and they worked! About 10 minutes before we wanted to play outside, I would light one of these in the vicinity we were planning to be in, by the time we'd come outside, the mosquitoes were gone and we could play or relax in peace. I highly recommend these!

BECAUSE THEY WORK! and the're cheap.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE, THESE! We moved to TN from CA and wow, talk about polar opposites. The weather is gorgeous, but the humidity is a killer and boy, do the bugs THRIVE. We're all extremely allergic to the prehistoric sized mosquitoes that bombard our home. inside and out, during the summer, early fall, seasons. These sticks help SO MUCH, it's incredible. I've invested well over 1000 bucks on different deterrents and repellents, and these sticks are definitely a go-to for me.

They work great with the Zika Bugs here in NE !
I love these. It took me a few nights to get used to the smell of the smoke. Basically they are large incense sticks. The smoke, which results from the burning of the essential oils in the sticks, keeps the bugs away. But it doesnt keep all bugs away, oddly. There were still moths flying around me (which I dont mind) and a few little beetle bugs. But I didn't have any mosquito bites. I use them every night, and I have no bites. No exaggeration. I dont usually believe people who generalize so much about the results, but I seriously have had no bites. I live in New England. I'm pointing that out because the mosquitos vary in different areas and I'm not sure how this works with all mosquitos. I also bought the Amazon brand. I like the smell much better. They are longer and skinnier, but they seem to burn much faster than these do, IMO. Both burn rather quickly though. I like these better than the Amazon brand.

No mo squitoes!
These are legit! I live in Orlando where mosquitoes have been known to carry small children away. I've tried several brands of citronella candles to this point and none worked. These work, last for hours and have a nice smell. I light one of these upwind, set it by the spa and there are no bloodsuckers around, minus the lawyer across the street.
