My husband loves his new-used slide projector. It arrived in a timely fashion and is working quite well.

Pricey but worth it.

Given as a Xmas gift, this Slide Projector worked beautifully. I thought it was expensive, but worth it to see the recipient's face as he showed his old army slides.

Slide Central Order

Slides were the "big thing" in the early 60's and we viewed them as a family into the late 80's. At that time our slide projector began "acting up" and we no longer viewed our family slides. Off and on over the following years we would say that we need to get the slides changed to a way in which we could view them, not thinking about the possibility of a new slide projector. At Thanksgiving both of our kids, late 30's and very early 40's, said it would be great to view the old slides at Christmas time. We put that on our list of activities, hauled out the finicky old slide projector, looked online for ways to repair it, and then thought maybe we should check to see if someone still sells slide projectors. After some research online we ended up on Amazon, which sent us on to Slide Central. What a wonderful place!!! If we could pull this all together, we wanted a projector and a couple slide trays sent before Christmas so that we would be all prepared and surprise our kids when they came home on Christmas Eve. Slide Central made our special gift come true. We ordered a new out-of-package Carousel 4400 projector with the complete premium access kit. We also ordered an extra 140 capacity slide tray. The slide projector came in time and is a beautiful machine, but our 140 capacity slide tray was missing. We called Bill and Sarah Riggins at Slide Central and the error was rectified. The owner apologized for the error and sent the 140 capacity slide tray that we had ordered and paid for, plus a second 140 capacity slide tray for free. The trays were sent Priority Mail and were received December 23rd. We knew we were all set now. The only problem we had was that we lost power in the late afternoon on the 24th due to the ice storm, so the slide show was delayed until late Christmas night. Tired and bleary eyed we went through 560 slides and enjoyed every memory of the past…pictures of our wedding in '68, baby pictures of our children not seen in twenty years or so, plus others of our kids as they began to grow…it was just WONDERFUL. We feel very confident that if we have any problems with our projector in the future, that Slide Central will be there to help us. We thank them for helping us to create a new memory of old memories! Excellent purchase

I ordered this product hoping that I would get it before Christmas, because it was to be used for viewing slides of family that are no longer with us. The projector was like brand new and it arrived even earlier than expected. The seller, Slide Central, made me feel like I was dealing with an old friend and that I could trust them. I could not have asked for anything better, and it enabled us to view the slide and bring back old memories.
