I drive a Corolla so looking sporty is sometimes difficult. These have literally put me into the same league as a Subaru Forester (the go-to for 50+ lady gardeners with floppy sun hats and Merrill shoes). At a glance, you'd think "why would he leave those on all year?" Waaaay after kayaking season, they can be used for transporting stuff like... Crown molding or boards on the way back from Lowe's A nifty yard sale rug or carpet remnants Skinny Xmas trees Don't let labels hold you back! This thing is as versatile as you are. <3

4 years of it being on my roof rack being taken off and put back on, no rust, no dry rotting, still as sturdy as day 1

We bought two of these for our two kayaks to put on our Honda CRV. They fit perfectly, and although the first time it was a little tricky to get everything installed and strapped down, we are now much better at it. We've taken our kayaks on 3 trips now (the most recent was a 4 hour drive) and everything went well on the highway! For the money, this was a great deal.

Drove 700 miles without any issues. Just be sure to follow the instructions. Did not have any problems even in a very strong cross wind. Drove over the Big Mac bridge with strong gusts and no problems. My only advice, stop often and check straps. I would rather find a strap that has come loose than be looking for a run away kayak on the interstate

Just used 2 sets of these carriers to go on a family trip about 6 hours from home. It took a couple tries before getting them up onto the car and tied down became easy but once we had a system worked out, putting them up and down was a breeze - our teenagers were able to help. Also helpful - we bought a small collapsible step stool to keep in the the car so we could reach the top of the carrier brace. Once on the road the kayaks were very stable, even when driving 65mph. We did use bungy cords for extra front and back support when on the highway but didn't need them when driving on the local roads at 45mph. We did leave the carriers on the car top for the whole trip.

I bought two sets of these, mount both on a Subaru Outback to haul two kayaks. Not a single bad issue. Great price compared to the big name brand units.

Fits well and is very sturdy.

Great rack for our child's kayak. Used along side with SportRack SR7011 Horizon Cargo Box, 11-Cubic Feet, Black on a Rav4 with roof racks. Fit great. Keeps kayak secure. Very happy with this. Chose this because it is the most narrow width profile to fit on car with a cargo box.

I bought the sport rack bars for my 2013 Ford Focus hatchback and these j racks for my two kayaks. Kayaks are just standard leisure built and the j racks make it so easy to load and unload them. I researched other options, like the stackers, but I'm glad I bought these because it's easy even when one person is loading the kayaks up.

These are great, Very sturdy and very easy to load kayaks on and off with. Comes with all the straps you'll need even front and rear bumper tie downs. I feel like those aren't needed tho.
