Great product
I installed on a 2016 2500hd Duramax. The install only took about 2 hours by myself in my driveway with basic hand tools. I plumbed them individually. The pickup unloaded at 9 psi rides better than stock. The air lines leaked at the press in fitting on the bags. I removed the lines, lubed them with soapy water, reinstalled them and they haven't leaked since. I would recommend using the soapy water during initial install. This truly is a no drill system. I ran the air lines inside the frame and through 3/8 vinyl tube for additional protection. The fill ports mount very neatly through the unused holes at the bottom of the receiver and are out of the way of safety chains. I covered the u bolts with split loom because I thought it looked better. I highly recommend this product.

These should come installed from the factory for all hd trucks
These should come installed from the factory for all hd trucks. Installed easily on my 2015 Silverado 2500hd longbed. Took about 2 hours for the bags and another hour for the wireless one compressor. Made a huge difference when towing heavy loads. Being able to level the truck out with 15000lbs on the back helps just about everything. Steering is better, no floating. That white knuckle disconnected feeling went away after installing these. 35psi makes the truck feel as it should have from the factory when loaded. Why call any truck heavy duty and not include these is beyond me. Why does GM think we buy these trucks, for Sunday strolls? Headlights shine where they are supposed to. If you use your truck to tow and pull heavy loads, or if you have a long bed and bumper pull anything. Buy these and the wireless compressor. Be investment you can make in your work truck. I also installed the rear Hellwig Big Wig anti sway bar with these. Together it made the 2500hd a different truck when towing, and aired down to 5psi unloaded I can't tell any difference in the ride quality. I'll be installing these on my new silverado dually just as soon as it gets here.

air lift is the better of the two air bags
Not the first time installing this on my truck first time was my 03 chevy 2500 hd . 5 yrs with out issue just bought a new 2019 chevy 2500 hd . instructions could be a little better when it comes to mounting the brackets on the air bags top one is a no brainer bottom one can be a little confusing but once on units slip right in . I did jack up the body from the hitch which gives plenty of room the slide air bags in . take your time running the air lines and use the zip ties . i used a little plumbers grease on the end the fits into the air bag . tested for leaks so far so good .A miust have item for towing RV or carrying large loads . i keep about 1000 lbs of tools and topper in and on the truck bed and these bring me where mi need to be and ride is solid . PS price kept going up daily not by much but it went up i was waiting to order when my amazon point hit my account cost me $2. more dollars by waiting don't know what's up with that guess X-mas

Great for the price and easy to install.
Have had these installed for about 2 weeks but have not towed yet and will update once I do. Installation is pretty simple and is much easier when you have someone else to help. Used a Tee to running the hoses together vs having to fill the bags individually. Only complaint is that in the instructions it states to install the 90deg compression hose fitting "hand tight plus a half turn, do not over tighten." I did mine hand tight plus two turns and they leaked terribly. Went back and tightened them as much as I could with an open end wrench and they haven't leaked since. Highly recommend for price, quality, and easy installation. Will add to this review once I tow in a few weeks.

Superv product and works as described.
The Product was somewhat simple to install by a novice auto tinkerer. It took me 2 days to get it done but that was due to the time I had available to install before I lost daylight. The product works as described. We had a bucking feeling/ tug/pull on the truck that made it unconformable to drive. After installing these Air Lift 5000 Ultimate it took the feeling out of the equation. 2011 Chevy 2500 HD Diesel, pulling Heartland Bighorn 35 ft 5th wheeler.

Great Product, a must have for heavy towing
These airbags are fantastic. I use them when hauling my 5th wheel RV to level out my truck and so far have had no problems. I coupled them with the WirelessONE air compressor which is also fantastic. I am no mechanic but I found installation wasn’t that difficult and there are a bunch of YouTube videos that detail the product and how to install. It took me a few hours but it is well worth the effort. If you are trailering an RV of any kind you need to keep your truck level for everyone’s safety and these are the way to go.

Great product but may not be compatible with all hitches
I started installing these and quickly realized that I was going to have to modify by BW Flip Ball hitch. The items shown in the picture are of a stabilizer that keep the rest of the hitch from twisting. This part of the hitch is about 1 inch above the top of the frame. We had to cut a notch approximately 1 inch deep and 3/4 inch wide to allow the U-bolt for the airbag to fit in the proper position. In grand scheme of things it wasn't terrible because we had a plasma cutter readily available. It was more of a nuisance having to take this part off of both sides and then reinstall them. I did immediately notice the difference in towing my fifth wheel. I also think my ride without the camper on has gotten better when I reduce the pressure down to 6 - 9 pounds. Great product!

Easy install. Quality product.
I installed this on a 2015 Silverado 2500HD with a 5th wheel. I was originally hesitant of this kit when I read "drill into the frame". There are two ways to attach the top. With drilling if the U-bolts won't fit over the 5th wheel attachment. I lucked out and the U-bolts fit, air bags were very simple to install. Had to jack up the truck to allow more room between suspension to put these in. Air bags took about 1hr to install. No leaks, like some people say watch YouTube videos and this will be easy. Required only a few tools. I had a 14 Silverado 1500 and put firestone ride rite. I like the air lift mounting better. The lower mounting is much easier. I haven't towed yet with these but the truck has a much better ride than before I Installed these. I did get a wireless compressor for these which was a pain to install but that's for another review.

Very well built. Easy install.
Very well built and easy to install. Best thing to do is watch the youtube video on how to assemble and install. The written instructions are ok but the video is the best. They work great on my 2018 Denali pulling a 30 foot 5th wheel and second trailer with RZR on it. I had to run 50psi. Sure smoothed out the ride compared to the trips before the bags.

Used for over a year while hauling 17k lbs. Happy with these.
Installed these myself on my 2011 3500 dually. I’m moderately skilled and it took me a few hours to install these. Not complex, just a bit more time consuming than I had anticipated. Works great. I haul my 17k lb fifth wheel cross country with no problem. They’re made with high quality materials.
