Surprisingly good cutter

So, when I bought this I failed to see it had a back. When I got it I thought it was defective. HA!! It is very sharp and quite precise. I've used it a few times now and it is my go to cutter. It takes a little off the head so if it doesn't take enough off you can cut again without worry.

Quality for the price!!

At first a little skidish about quality. Upon quick delivery I noticed it's heftyness. Cuts clean with precision. No more "hit an miss". Can't figure how a big bucks cutter could perform any better other than empty ur wallet a little more. If it dies, I'll reorder again.highly recommend you will be impressed. Good job Amazon.

New Favorite Cutter

Been using a guillotine for decades now and had cutting down to science that I could do in my sleep. But, a buddy showed up with this and at first I thought it was kind of cheating. Then, I loved it and bought my own. Smooth cut, solid build and the auto-measure is a nice addition. Definitely would buy this again.

Great cigar cutter, perfect cut every time!

I was using a standard guillotine slicer before I bought this. I enjoy smoking my cigars in the evening and low light outside made cutting cigars a hassle. This makes it easy to have a perfect cut every time. It's fit the widest ring gauge cigars I've had and cut everything from torpedo style to regular caps. Great product, well put together and feels good in your hand. Cuts with ease, and best of all holds in the mess!

Nice cutter for the money and comes in a nice leather pouch. Heavy S.S. unit provides a uniform cut every time. I like that the closed back ensures that I will not cut off too much of the cap. If I need a little more draw then I can slice it again. This is my second one.

Most Perfect Cutter ever made for cigars.

Best Cutter I have ever owned. I love it. Cuts perfect every time. Makes all the other cutters seem worthless. I wish I had known about this a long time ago. I learned about it from the Review by Bryan Glenn of "Cigar Obsession" out of Tampa Florida.

Sturdy and useful

I'm new to the world of cigars but figured I needed to get a real cutter. This one does not disappoint. It is very sturdy and does its job quick and clean. I had a previous low-quality cutter which actually cost me more than this one. But this one is cheaper and does a much better job. I'll nto this cutter is not the style you stick the cigar all the way through. You just put it in until it hids the back wall, then cut. Makes the perfect cut for your average sized cigar.

Cuts about the same as a decent cutter

The quality of cut for the cigar I feel is about the same as any $15-20 range cutter. I give it 5 starts because you get a quality built cutter for $5. Can't beat the quality at this price point.

Absolutely amazing

I was surprised by the quality and the efficiency of this cutter. I have other expensive cutters and I almost stopped using them all and start using this cutter instead. You will never ruin your cigar cut again, the blades are very sharp and from my point of view I also think they are very thin, which doesn't squeeze the cigar while cutting. And since it's open from one side only (a perfect cutter), you will never cut the cigar too much. You will get a perfect cut everytime.
