These fit my earrings perfectly. I have a pair of sterling silver/diamond studs that just never seemed to stay put because their backs were not tight enough, so I ordered these. These fit very tight and the earrings now feel very secure on my ears. Luckily these come in a pack of 12, because they work so well that I changed the earring backs on many other silver earrings to these ones. A back from this packet is on the left, and the back from my sterling silver/diamond stud is on the right. You can see how much smaller the hole is on the back from this packet. It still fits the post of my silver earrings though, and very securely.

I got these to replace backs on earrings that kept coming off when I'm active especially when I'm getting out of the shower. I've lost 3 earrings in the past 2 weeks. So I needed some replacements and these were just what I needed. I'm glad the quantity was just right to use as extras and replacements... I needed more than 1 set but I didn't need 50. So thank you for packaging and selling them at a reasonable quantity and price.
