I bought this to be able to move around my room freely while doing music production with my Push 2. It works great as I've never had a disconnect and it supplies sufficient power.

Was very happy to find a cable in this length as it was perfect to reach from where I keep my MX922 and the location in which my laptop normally sits. I had a router die on me so I while I do my research I need to be able to still print documents while the wireless network is down. The cable does cross a walkway and is occasionally stepped on (like I said this is temporary) and it is showing no signs of wear. Both ends plug firmly into their respectable ports so no issues with that. The cost of the cable of course being the highlight as this sixteen foot cable at the time of typing this review cost roughly the same as a ten foot cable from other brands. I'm not sure who Amazon sources their cables from but so far I have had great luck with their AmazonBasics line. In the end the cable does what it is suppose to do without issue all while costing less than the competition. Five stars out of five.

I have a couple USB peripherals -- a scanner and label printer -- that I wanted to put on a side table several feet from my CPU. I figured I'd buy some long USB cables and give them a shot ... several reviewers have had trouble with the longer lengths, but it wasn't clear to me if that was an issue with cable length or the USB ports (or hub) that they were using. With the 16 foot cables plugged directly into USB 2.0 ports on the back of my CPU -- not into a hub -- I am having no problems at all. For the money, these cables are good value, as the extra length made it a lot easier to put my little used peripherals off to one side of my desk.

This product came exactly as pictured and was for an amazing price. Something happened to my printer when I moved to my new place and I could no longer connect it to wifi because it was now an unsecured line and anyone could print from it. So, I ordered this USB 2.0 cable because I noticed the back of my printer had a port for the male port to fit into (Canon MX 922). After struggling for a week to get reliable printer access for only myself to use, this worked like a charm! I honestly have no complaints, it fit perfectly into my laptop's USB port and the port on my printer, came in perfect condition, and the cord is very long so I no longer needed to keep my printer anywhere near my laptop. Would highly recommend for someone having similar problems with their printer! Plus, the box it comes in is about 5inchesx4inches so it fit perfectly in my mailbox--making me feel confident that my package would not be taken or lost.

My office network printer is approx 5 feet BEHIND me, and tends to lose wireless connectivity quite often. We've tried everything to get this printer to limp along on the wireless network and nothing has helped. Finally decided I had, had enough, and purchased this USB 2.0 Cable. Great solution as I never have to keep my fingers crossed whether or not my printer will actually print or time out! Prints each and every time! Came package in a nice cardboard box, quality cable, and haven't had an issue since! Wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one if I ever needed it!

Nice, long, USB 2.0 cord It's wonderful for times when you have issues with your wireless printer (for the inexplicable umpteenth time) and you don't have time (or an inclination) to troubleshoot it again. Simply plug in. Print. Someday wireless printing will just work.

As the headline states, the thing works perfectly, even with an extra six-foot extension on the end. We are using this with an old printer that no longer works with our wifi. We just plug it in to our laptops when we want to print. We have no complaints. I assume our printer is USB 2.0.

The description and printers for use with the cable is included in the item description. I found it to be accurate. From reading about the cable to ordering and receiving the cable was less than two days. The pricing is very good. There is no installation process required for the cable. I just plugged it in and used it. I recommend this cable to anyone needing one. Just remember not to cheat yourself in length of cable when ordering. It is better to purchase a longer cable than wishing you did. The printer I am using the cable with is a HP Deskjet 3520.

I bought this cable to go between my computer and my stereo system to play my music collection. I needed the full length and was worried that the signal transmission might suffer. Not only did the cable work well, the cable is very flexible and easy to route. Looks nice too.

I have been trained to tell people that USB cords start losing their strength after 6 feet so you should try not to use a USB printer cable that's longer than 6 feet if you want to avoid problems. Well, a company I work with had some old HP printers that worked well across their network with Windows 7, but they started having a lot of problems with connectivity after upgrading the computers to Windows 10. Since the best competing option was to replace the old printers with newer ones, I purchased two of these 16' printer cables to see if physically connecting the printers to the computers with USB cables would improve connectivity and save them a lot of money. I was partly surprised that they worked at such long lengths, but these cables were exactly what I needed to help them out of the predicament they were in. I will be very happy to purchase more of them if they need more.
