I live in filthy NYC where rats scare the cats....build crap under your hood and chew wires up, leave crap, piss and scum everywhere they are ! My poor 18y.o Camaro was down for 2 month last year and there was so much gross and disgusting filth under the hood after opening it up I had to close it and get a cleaner first. Then came this can of Gunk (actually took me 2 cans to finish and 2 more in the speed shop) and the result was just wonderful! It can be sprayed right on top of my motor, injectors, intake, sensors, ect you well see this fluid work as it dissolves and pulls the crap away in front of your own eyes.......at these prices I buy 1 or 2 every month to make sure I never run out. It works great on oil, biological scum like urine and whatever other nasty stuff finds its way under your hood (I've had a bunch of rice, banana peels, meatballs, ect). Check my cleanup progression pics, you can't make that stuff up.... After applying it gets rinsed with water after 10-15 mins and leaves a shiny surface whether on plastic covers and steel or aluminium engine blocks alike. This is a must have if you love your vehicle, like me and clean it obsessively in areas where most car owners don't even bother. For $3-4/can, you cannot go wrong with this product, get it !

I've never found any degreaser that does a better job. Got to pay for beauty one way or another. Probably the best engine degreaser for the price. I find it much better than the foam, as it will get into areas that foam will not, and seems to go farther when applied. Leave on for about 20 minutes and power wash and all the junk is gone, never had any issues with sensors going bad.. Avoid anything with acid or harsh chemicals to clean the engine. Leaves engines squeaky clean and doesn't damage the finish of the parts or paint.. amazing product for what it does

This stuff always works for cleaning an engine compartment! I like to warm up the engine a little before using it. After its warm I just spray it on wherever I want clean and spray it off. Cleans everything from leaky oil spots to dust on the master cylinder. I've used this stuff for years. Works good! My 2011 engine with 151k miles was cleaner than my friends 2019 engine with 20k miles after using this stuff.

I use once a year on my mower when I do maintenance like sharpen the blade, clean filter, change oil. I'll spritz the engine where it gets buildup then hose it off. Makes it look new again. Also have a high-mileage "extra" car that doesn't have any wet leaks that I can find, but still mysteriously gets an oily residue at certain areas that attracts dirt after about a year or so. I'll spritz this on then hose off, and looks new again. The one caveat is to be sure and get it all off when rinsing. It definitely has a petroleum smell to it, and it does stink while the residuals burn off

I’ve been using this for years ever since a friend’s engine caught fire while he was driving. So I clean my engine twice a year. One can does not quite get all the all the grime so I recommend two cans just in case. PS Be forewarned the engine will smell like chemicals for a day or two.

Works great. Have used it for years. Protect nearby flowers from run-off when you wash it off. Be careful if you use it on slick garage floor to get up small oil spots. It will work great on the spots, but will "lube" the floor if you don't wash it off. Slippery! Engine always looks great. Frequently use it before repairs to remove gunk and make the job cleaner all around.

Had an oil leak and I replaced the oil lines and afterward cleaned everything with this stuff and it worked amazing! I laid down some plastic with cardboard on top so the drips and residue wouldn't stain the driveway. I just sprayed, let it sit for like a minute and used brushes and rags and then sprayed some more to clean up the remaining residue and it was all good as new. HIGHLY recommended.

Be sure to follow directions - Works like a charm. Dont show your friends - They will want you to clean their engine. I parked the car on the grass and cleaned the engine. The product did not kill the grass. I followed up using the separate "Car Shine" product after the engine dried.

The spray can be a bit messy, but seeing how it works this a small consideration. An old toothbrush helps in tight areas between cooling fins. Just be sure to set the parts in a plastic pan or box. Made my 38 year old motorcycle top end look like new.

Best on all surfaces with oil.....Is there better out there yes and no.This product does not dull any painted areas like I have see with others. Good product to use from day one of a new cleaning areas
