I ordered these bags mainly due to the price and variety of sizes. However, I have to admit that they are top notch quality bags and as good in every way to the brand name bags I used to purchase. I use these on a Cabelas 15" commercial vac sealer. They work equally as good for both wet and dry items and hold their seal. The pint bags are smaller than you expect (if you've never used this size bag before). They are good for single fish fillets, single pork chops, etc. they are narrow and can be difficult to load with bulkier foods so you might find the quart size more suitable for most items.

I have been using a Food Saver for over 2 decades (nearly every day). I have gone thru 2 of them. These bags work as well as the Food Saver brand. I'm going to buy more for sure!

Great bags. Perfect seals. Excellent price. The only thing I would change would be the numbers: if you are anything like me, you will use twice as many pints as quarts, and twice as many quarts as gallons. So for me, 80 pint, 50 quart and 20 gallon bags would be a better assortment. That said, I would buy this again in a heartbeat. The quality is the same (or better) than the FoodSaver brand, at a fraction of the price. You will be happy with these bags. Update 12/17/14 I just ordered this deal again. Almost all of the original 150 bags have been used. I have sealed everything from leftover turkey soup (frozen first in a small stainless bowl) to steaks, ribs, fish, pre-made meals, fresh berries, etc. etc. I have not had a single seal failure. These bags are every bit as good as the Foodsaver brand, and they won't bankrupt you. Don't be fooled by the low price. These are first rate bags at a bargain basement price.

Like one of those comically incompetent people in a late-night commercial, I had to wrestle with the bags that came with my Foodsaver vacuum sealer -- they rarely lined up on the first try... or the second. There were usually wrinkles that would prevent a good heat seal. 'Sealed' leftovers were leaking and spoiling. But in real life, there's rarely an enthusiastic voice-over to offer a JUST THAT EASY solution to problems like this. Then a visiting friend suggested that I should blame those bags, rather than my own industrial grade incompetence, and sent me a link to these bags. And -- like in those late-night commercials -- these bags /just work/ with the Foodsaver! Leaking and spoiled leftovers are banished! ISN'T THAT AMAZING? BUT WAIT -- THERE'S MORE! Well, there's not a lot more, actually. A good price for a decent assortment of sizes that have, so far, /just worked/. I've already ordered more of the quart and gallon bags. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JVXOZIK

Love these bags! We use them with our Food Saver, and they work perfectly. I really appreciate this value pack that has the three different sizes, as it allowed me to figure out which we would use the most of. (I thought it would be gallon, but oddly enough it's quart followed closely by pint.) We do freezer cooking, and I also seal outfits/accessories for the car, beach, etc in bags. Great use when you have kids! Note: for those of you used to food saver brand bags, the only true difference I've noticed is that these don't have the white line for you to write recipe instructions/titles. While I miss that little line, I sure appreciate the savings I get buying these bags. Attached is a picture of homemade potato skins in the quart-sized bags.

Bags worked well on my Food Saver Vac. I love the lower price because I freeze very small amounts of food and brand named bags were double the price. the quality was excellent.

This is a repeat purchase (my 3rd or 4th order of this particular brand) and I am pleased as always. The seal quality and duration of this product is excellent. On the occasions of seal failure, it's been 'operator error' (not having a clean seal surface inside the bag). So for messy-type filling (e.g., tomato sauces or sticky contents, consider using a canning funnel, or turning the top part of the VSG inside-out and tucked in - a squeaky-clean surface will result in a better-quality seal (same as in canning). Quality of product is as good or better than name-brand, and the bags work in any type of home vacuum food sealer. I love that the pack includes pre-made bags of different sizes.

These bags work great with my Seal a Meal. Food stays so much fresher than with other wraps like foil or plastic etc. I like to buy meat in bulk but since I cook mainly just for myself meats were a challenge to keep without freezer burn. These bags are perfect and the meat stays totally frost free for a long long time.

These bags work very well. We were buying the original food saver bags until we found these for a 3rd the price. I was a bit skeptical at first but I place an order for 300 bags and we couldn't be happier. We still had some of the other ones so we were comparing them side by side. I would say the only difference in look is that these have one side of the bag has smooth plastic but in performance if one was better I would have said these were maybe a little better. If you seal many bags without waiting for the heating strip to cool off it will start sealing the bag as soon as you put it in the machine and then it does not vacuum it. With these we did not have as much trouble with that than the original food saver. I would highly recommend these to any one using a lot of these. They are the best we have found for the money so far.

These are the best bags out there! They seal well and hold their vacuum. Best thing about them for me: I make small easy-tear tabs (cut slightly into the side of the bag, but not into the vacuum sealed area). This is the only brand of bag I've found that when you rip at those tear tabs, the bag opens rapidly and tears cleanly. Other bags stretch; you end up needing scissors to open them. I seal equipment into these bags and I require rapid access to it. These are the best bags!
