Nice, thick slices

I hate to admit it but ever since trying the breasts-in-a-bag, cooking fresh chicken seems like a hassle, especially when it turns out not as tasty. I try to keep a bag in the freezer at all times so I'm always prepared for company. Last night I had chicken tacos that were excellent, if I do say so myself. They were SO good that I'm having them tonight too. Okay there was some left over, but I'm craving them. The photo shows the contents of one bag, still frozen.
