Better for bucketseats then the base that comes with the carseat

I originally ordered this as an extra base for my nannies car, and when I got it realized it was better suited for my car. I have a sedan style car with bucket seats, nanny has a SUV (no bucket seats). The leveler on this made me realize how off the other base was in my car. And yes, I did have the original installed by a certified fire fighter and he didn't have a problem with the original base. I only saw the difference when I put this one in my car. The seat I have is the Graco Breaze.

Base Compatibility with other Graco Car Seats

When I was shopping for bases, I was uncertain whether this would work with our car seat. To make this simpler for other folks, here is the text taken DIRECTLY FROM the manual: "This base can only be used with a Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35 LX, SnugRide Click Connect 30, and SnugRide Click Connect 35."

Purchased for every car.

I bought this to have a base in our other vehicle so we wouldn't have to keep switching. My mom also purchased one so she can take her grandson on adventures. We bought them when they were on sale but either way they are fairly inexpensive to buy for each car. Definitely worth not having to rotate between vehicles.

A great car seat base to transfer baby easily into my car!

My daughter found this Graco car seat base for me. I will be putting this into my car so that when my grandchild will be riding in my car we will be able to very easily put the car seat into my car. I do not have to buy my own car seat and that is wonderful since car seats are expensive. This matches the car seat that that my kids will have in their car. I am sure it will be fast and easy to use! Thank you for selling the base alone so I did not have to buy the entire car seat.

Fits our car seat as it should!

We ended up buying a second car seat base as we have 2 cars and we bought the Graco Modes stroller which comes with a Snugride Click Connect 35 car seat. The base is indeed completely black as the seller shows, ours that came with the stroller has a little grey bottom which does not bother me at all as I have a grey car and my husband has a black car so the black one is his and the one with the grey bottom is mine hehe. I tested the base by immediately clicking the car seat into the base. It fits perfectly, no wiggle at all. Good product!

Extras come in handy

We had to have quite a few of these for all the people who help us with our new baby (one for me, my husband, my mom, my stepdad, and my dad). Our infant seat is the Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35. These bases are actually very simple to install and it only takes a few seconds; just run the seat belt through and clip it in place, making sure the base is level (it has a gauge on it, which is easy to read). The seat locks in place when you set it on the base (listen for the clicks). It actually wouldn't be a problem to just transfer one base around but they aren't really that expensive, either. We were fortunate in that my mom purchased the seat and several extra bases for most of us. I just had to buy the one for my dad.

Nicer than what came w car seat

Got two as spares for other vehicles, realized they were so much nicer than what came with the seat itself. We are now using the spares in our daily drivers and the one that came with it in our more rarely driven truck. They have a super handy red lever that holds the seat belt nice and tight and a built in level on one side to see if the base sits correctly.

I had only one base; this one is compatible and probably works well

Grandma needed a base for her truck and this works well with the Snugride Click Connect carseat that I already had. Technically it's a 40 pound carseat but this works with it, although I will not use this base past 35 pounds, since you are supposed to use whatever the lowest number is from the base/seat ratings. No accidents yet, so I can't vouch for whether or not it really protects, but it clicks in cleanly and is easy to install in the car.

Fits Graco Snug Ride 30 infant car seat

Got this as 1 of 3 extra bases for the grandparents' car. Easy to install and has nice visual indicators for even the most technically challenged people. Smooth "click" in and disengagement from our infant seat. Slight side to side wiggle, but this is the case with all the bases I have (all Graco, but from different vendors). Very sturdy and convenient. The car seat DOESN'T have to be the 30/35 LX version, but it DOES need to be a "click connect" and not "classic."

Easy to use base

The base was very easy to install. We have 2, one for each vehicle. One vehicle was compatible with the LATCH system, which made installation very easy. The other vehicle does not have a LATCH system, but even with using a seat belt installing the base was quite simple. Putting the seat into and removing it from the base also are extraordinarily easy. Looking forward to continuing to use these.
