Tried it this morning. Makes very yummy pancakes, not to airy, not too heavy, but very moist. Depending on your egg, you may want to add more mix than called for. Order two cans, because one can will only make maybe 3 batches.

I'm a pancake snob

I'm a pancake snob and have no interest in eating the cheaper brands like Bisquick. I've been a fan of the Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse pancake mix for years but when I saw the buttermilk version, I thought I'd try it. It was good. But in complete honesty, I can't tell a difference between it and the farmhouse formula. It's good stuff, nonetheless!

Great for waffles!! Yum!!

This is a really good waffle mix! I haven't tried it for pancakes but have used it many times in my waffle maker. The waffles come out tasty, crisp, and delicious. There is just enough sweetness to make them flavorful. My son eats them without syrup. This is one of the best waffle mixes that I have found and the price is reasonable for the product.

Just made some waffles using the mix, it was simply delicious! Will buy again! It was also simple to make, mix an egg and milk or buttermilk ( I used milk) together, add the dry mix and melted butter and voila!! It says it makes 4 waffles and in my waffle iron I got 2 and a half. Ideal for me.

I threw in the ingredients, a handful of blueberries & I was all better in moments later. I was pancake happy. The bad mood was gone. I could focus. :)

Fantastic waffles every time!

This stuff is just the best. I tried other cheaper brands, but then found Stonewall Kitchen and will never go back. I use it in my waffle maker and they come out perfect every time. I get about 3 large waffles per batch, and about 3 batches per can. It’s perfect for a single person, though might not be ideal if you are cooking for a whole family.

I don't always eat pancakes... sometimes I eat waffles, but when I do... I love Stonewall Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle mix. Over the years we have tried may products but Stonewall has found a home in our home!

Delicious!

This is yet another product I found in a shop, loved it, then the shops around me stopped carrying it. Fortunately, Amazon has the sense of mind to supply it. This mix is absolutely perfect and delicious. After using this brand I cannot go back to any other brands again. I love it, I know you will, too.
