Assemble Way Before the big day, just in case!!

First purchase had the same issue that other reviewers notes (did we all keep getting the same bike? have they been passing it around?) as it was missing an important metal bar. However, as always, amazon customer service is excellent and sent out a replacement right away. Came way before Christmas and was easy to assemble (maybe 15 minutes, give or take) It's beautiful, classic/retro looking and has held up very well in the prior 5 months that we've had it. My toddler is rough and tumble so I knew the only thing that would hold up would be something metal and likely something made by Radio Flyer.

Toddler loves it!

Shipping was very quick. I was able to assemble this myself with my two year old boy. He helped put the wheels on. Considering I was able to do this with the "help" of a toddler I would say assembly was a breeze. I would suggest using a wrench if you have one to help really tighten the bolts. The only problem I had was getting the handle bars on straight by myself because my toddler kept trying to ride it before it was completed. Anyway, He is 2 1/2 and 31 inches tall. With the seat on the lowest setting he can ride this easily. Hope that helps.

My 3 year old daughter loves this tricycle. We unboxed it and put it together with no trouble at all. It did squeak a bit but nothing WD-40 couldn't fix. I had it together in less than 20 minutes and she was on it trying to figure it out. She has been riding around the house for days. There have been no accidents as of yet, but I am sure that will change as she gets braver and tries new things. The size is perfect and it is a sturdy little bike. She has her stuffed friends riding on the back and she is a happy camper.

PRECIOUS....

This little trike has a retro look to it. It is adorable, love the bell. Bought it for my granddaughter for 2yr party. It's somewhat big for her but I'm sure she will be peddling soon! Color is red/cream...Good quality, easy to assemble! Package was a bit banged up, corners of box opened- but no damage to bike. Arrived on time. Would buy again!

Sturdy and should last a long time

I bought this tricycle for my 3 year old sons birthday. He has a younger brother and another brother on the way, so I plan that this trike will get lots of use. It was easy to put together and passed my husbands finicky opinion on wheels. He hates plastic wheels and these wheels are not plastic. We love the retro look of it and my 3 year old boy has been playing on it for nearly a month with no problems. The back stand is fun too. Him and his 5 year old brother play together using this trike!

My granddaughters loves this trike. It was easy to assemble except for the handlebar attachment which was a challenge to line up. Otherwise, a great product.

Super sturdy - will last for years!

We bought this for our daughter's second birthday and it was a great hit! She is on the smaller size but can easily put her feet on both pedals with the seat at its lowest level. It's super sturdy (my husband put all of his weight on the back step and the bike held up well), and took about 20 minutes to put together. I see this bike being a stable in our household for quite a few years.

2.5yo Loves it, but is outgrowing

Purchased for Christmas for my then-2yo. He's in the 95% in height & weight. He absolutely loves the trike but will quickly outgrow it (we've had it for 3 months). He's going to need the next size, if not a bike w/ training wheels. The product was shipped on time and was exactly as represented. Pleased with purchase, but beware if you have a high-percentile child like I do, that you will likely be purchasing a new one soon.

What else can I buy? I'm always purchasing from Amazon and love that I found this radio flyer bike for my nephew. He loved it and gets angry when I use it or would hang out on the back. Has a cute little bell so I know where he is at all times (which is a thumbs up). I didn't assemble but with the right tools it was pretty easy.

Perfect size

Well built and the perfect size for a 1year old. He loves it! Quality is very good and easy to assemble.
