Nice speakers, awesome customer service
I bought these speakers to replace a set of standard PC speakers. They arrived promptly and were packaged well. They worked well and had good sound for the price. Not super loud but then again they are for PC usage. I really liked the remote puck that let you control the volume and bass, as well as letting you turn the system on and off. It also had plugs for headphones and aux. I bought these in July 2016 and recently the bass started to cut out. I emailed them to see if they could help. They said they were still within the one year warranty period and agreed to replace them. I just had to send a pic of my invoice from Amazon and a pic showing I cut the power cord to render them inoperable. A new set was shipped to me via UPS. The customer service person was super helpful and the process was painless. I would absolutely recommend this product and and this company. They are first rate and all about customer satisfaction

Crisp clear sound with plenty of power for a great price!
I was looking for some relatively inexpensive speakers for my desktop computer I bought for doing online college courses. These met and exceeded my expectations! As mentioned in some other reviews, the speakers are a bit top heavy but I have mine set out of the way so I'm not tipping them over or bumping into them. The sound is excellent considering the price point, I like the "control disk" as I call it, you can connect your headphones, or plug in an mp3 player. The sub produces a decent amount of bass for its size and price point, and the volume gets plenty loud with no distortion. Can't ask for much more for under $50.

Great $40.00 speaker set. We are using it to listen to rock music with Alexa Dot.
This speaker set is great! I bought my girl friend another Alexa Dot so we could listen to music in the garage. We have one in the living room using a slightly cheaper Logitech speaker set. I love that the Cyber Acoustics set has adjustable bass. There is no balance adjustment, but the satellites are well balanced unlike the Logitech set. We were listening to Styx songs last night and it sounded fantastic. The high notes were clear and crisp and the sub really delivers on the bass. We had the volume turned up very high and there was no distortion. Soon after my girl friend set these up she texted me, "OMG! I am in music heaven!" At the time of this review we have been using this for one week.

Doesn't work,
I bought this in september 18. Just unboxed it and set it up late last week. No sound out of the speakers. But,the headphone jack works, and the volume, but not the tone control. Let me say this,I bought this to replace the exact system that I bought here some years ago. And that system worked fine until my 6 yr old grandson thought that the speaker cones were buttons, and pushed them all in to see what it would do. Lmao,no I didn't get mad at him after I seen what he did. In truth,if these existed when I was a kid,I KNOW I would have done the same thing. So,I like the system, but this one just doesn't work. Now,would I recommend this? Yes,but keep in mind what I just said.My first one worked great, the second one,not so much. So I guess I will be boxing it back up,and wait for a replacement. UPDATE-12-13-2018, After contacting the seller,I followed their instructions to the letter, sent in the pics. That was on Monday. I received a new replacement system yesterday,Wednesday. Now that is FAST !!! I hooked up the new system and am now listening to my favorite online radio station. Look folks, you get what you pay for. If you want real high end sound, you are gonna pay for it. This system sounds just fine on my computer, which is what it is designed for. For the top shelf stuff,I have Onkyo 6.1 system.

Great speaker set at a great price point.
This is a great set of speakers, but you need to be realistic about how you use it. If you crank it up beyond the point you would actually listen to anything on your computer, then you will get distortion. I set my pc on max volume, then turned the dial on the speakers to just below where there is any distortion. Now I can use the pc controls and not worry about any issues with wearing out the volume knob. Don't forget to turn the bass dial; it is probably all the way down by default. This speakers set has great bass. The speakers can be tipped over, but it is nowhere near as bad as people make it sound. I have only tipped one over once, and that's because I actually pushed into the top of the speaker moving things around on my desk. Overall I am extremely happy with this speaker set.

Extra features give you bang for your buck.
I bought these to replace the Creative A250 system that sadly was not usable upon receipt, and I am immensely happy with the Cyber Acoustics set, which offers similar quality of sound with extra features for just a few more dollars. Setup was quick and easy. I liked that the audio jack connects from the subwoofer to the PC, which I found to be more intuitive than Creative's, which had the PC connecting to one of the satellites. While a part of me feels it would've been more convenient to connect the control pod to the satellites, it makes sense that it has to connect directly to the subwoofer in order to control the bass. A big part of the reason why I ended up going with the Cyber Acoustics over the Creative was because it came with a bass control. I like my bass in moderation, so this was a big selling point, and it does not disappoint at all. I love that I can easily turn up the bass for songs that get the blood pumping while making it disappear altogether when I prefer my surroundings to be absent of a constant vibrating hum. Every song, movie, game, etc. I play has the perfect amount of bass tailors to my preferences. The headphone and aux input jacks are also incredibly convenient, especially since the way I built my particular desktop has all the audio input in the back. It's the reason why I ended up having to buy wireless headphones, which I regret now that I have this speaker set. As many other reviewers have pointed out, the satellites are a little top-heavy in terms of weight distribution, but I haven't really found it to be an issue. If you're prone to knocking against your speakers, this could cause problems later on, but the issue isn't so severe that they're going to topple over on their own from the slightest rattle. From the other reviews, I was expecting them to be a lot flimsier and lightweight than they turned out to be. All in all, the sound quality paired with all the extra features bundled in at under $40 make these a great system for a casual listener who's looking to upgrade from your basic 2.0 computer speakers.

Amazing Sound For Such A Low Price
For this price I was expecting so much less than what I got. In fact, when I first got these, I had also just gotten a new gaming computer. I haven't had a new computer in about a decade thanks to smartphones, and I wasn't paying that much attention when I was plugging the speakers into my computer. I ended up plugging them into the headphone jack on the top of my computer. When I turned them on, there was a faint hiss and when I played some heavy bass music, I was disappointed by the lack of bone-rattling. Then again, I hadn't paid much for them, so I was prepared to be happy with them. Then I was plugging something into the back of my PC and *derp* saw the proper audio out port. Plugged it in and tested it again, and was blown away by the difference. These are no longer "cheap placeholders" until I get something better. I am completely satisfied with these until/unless I decide to spring for true surround sound. For the record, I paid full price for this item and was not contacted by the seller in any way.

UPDATE at 9 months
Here is the update as of December 2018 - Never had any static but one satellite speaker went out. I emailed the company as it has a one year guarantee. They sent me an email the next day with instructions to cut the cords and send a picture of the cut cords and speakers. I did so and had a whole brand new system within 72 hours. Fantastic customer service!! Stand behind their product. I am listening to the new one right now and sounds great. For an inexpensive system, I am pleased! - See original review below. Feb 2018 - Works well so far. No static yet and bought if for the controller that works well for headphones, Aux input and volume control as well as bass control. I had a similar one in the past that started producing static after a few months. Will give update down the road about this one regarding static. Great sound for inexpensive unit and cords are long enough to seperate speakers and controller, etc.

Good Sound, Can't Beat The Price, Great Customer Service
Have had these for almost a year now with nothing but praise up until recently. Great sound. Plenty of volume. Acoustics seem decent over the bass (bass can be insanely strong if you like that sort of thing. My personal preference is to hear the acoustics and highs clean and crisp, so I'm more inclined to turn the bass down quite a bit). One day recently, however, one of the speakers decided it did not want to work anymore. Traced the problem to a faulty connection inside the subwoofer. Tons of jiggling the mini jack tip and positioning it in just the right angle and it works. Would like to figure out a solution with the seller/manufacturer if this is still under warranty. UPDATE: May 16, 2017 Contacted the seller about the issue the same day I wrote the original review above and heard back within an hour. After a few back and forth communications, the seller was satisfied with the information given, and sent me the replacements I needed. Everything has been running smoothly for a few months now. Cyber Acoustics is a good bunch. I'm bumping my rating from 2 to 5. Thank you Cyber Acoustics for the great customer service.

Small, powerful clean satellite system system with an external control dock/pod.
2017 I love this 4 piece ( 2 treble/mid range speakers, 1 sub woofer, 1 control dock/pod for the volume levels and bass levels and an accesary port. It has surprising power, sound clarity of a system in the $300 range. The sub woofer has its own amp that packs some power I originally bought this system for use with my desktop computer as I watch movies, listen to music and play video games on it. I have Dolby (app) from the Microsoft store installed on my desktop and it sounds great. The way to get the best performance from a computer set up is to turn the volume all the way down, down on the speaker's volume control dock/ pod. Next turn the computer's sound volume up to 100%. Now use the pod/dock to control the total volume and bass levels of the entire sound system. The pod/dock is a nice feature. It controls not only the volume levels, but also the amount of bass delivered. The dock/pod also has jacks for accessaries and headphones. My husband really like my new system and wanted one for his desktop. So as a birthday gift I ordered one for him. Nov. 2018 I have ordered a 3rd system for the front room and am using it for my laptop and MP3- MP4 player. I will be purchasing 2 more systems in the future. One for my wood shop and one for my future TV. I highly recommend this system.
