I just bought a new Toyota Tacoma and my cellphone would always fall down trough the hole in between the seats. After putting the drop stop in place I don't drop my phone anymore. Its very discreet you can't even tell it's there. Like no one even knows they're there even though my car seats are gray. They blend in. They move along when you move the seat. I'm tall 6'1" and my wife is 5'5" so we are constantly moving the seats and they move along with them.

Like many of you, I drive a car with what seems like a MARIANA's TRENCH-like Crevasse that my iPhone religiously loves to plunge into. Once this happens, there is simply no way to reach the phone. Now I have to get off the freeway just to get my phone.... like how prehistoric? Its easy to forget that you bought, you may forget altogether that you had the problem in the first place. Its when you get in someone else's car and you drop something that you smile and remember that you love this product. While quickly shaming your friend for not having one. What you save on frustration is what makes it worth every penny.

I’ve spent more time fishing my iPod, iPhone, charging cables, change, sunglasses, you name it, out of the opening between the front seat and console of my 2004 Toyota Camry, than I’ve spent waiting for traffic lights. That all ended today, when I received and installed the driver and passenger side Drop Stops. The installation took far less time than it takes to recover any of those dropped objects from the abyss. They fit around the seatbelt holder, without obstructing them in the least. The best part is, they fill in the seat gap from the front to rear perfectly, and they’re barely noticeable. The instruction sheet says the Drop Stop will fit any size gap, up to 3.5”, and down to .25”. They’re made out of 80% neoprene and 20% polyester, and they’re filled with polyester fiberfill, so they’re firm enough to stay in place, but pliable enough to completely seal the gap. The quality of the workmanship makes it immediately obvious that these are made to last. The sticky-feeling Slide-Free pad that is included with the Drop Stop(s) is a clear, flexible, rubbery pad that instantly grabs onto the dash or console, and it firmly holds a cellphone, glasses, change, etc. in place, but it doesn’t leave a sticky residue behind. Another nice little extra is a disposable LED credit card size light that takes up very little space in your glovebox, or center console. What you won’t need it for, is to illuminate the space between the seats and the console, because nothing is dropping down there once the Drop Stops are in place. Would I recommend these Drop Stops to a friend? That’s easy, I’m recommending them to you right now, my friends.

It fits great in my 2018. I already love it and haven't had the chance to drive with it yet!! lol its a snug fit so nothing will slip through. I was worried about it bunching up when the seats moved due to another review I read but it moves smoothly with the seats. One thing I noticed is the driver side hangs over the side of the seat, whereas the passenger side lines up-- shown in pics. I'll probably be buying one for my husband now, just love it!

I saw this on Shark Tank and thought it was a great idea --- just not great enough to order a set. Then, one day I dropped my car key/remote (I don't carry it on a keychain) into that never never land between the center console and the driver's seat on my Acura MDX. I gently tried to form my index and middle fingers into forceps and extricate the fallen key. All I managed to do was to push the key under the carpet panel on the console. After chanting the applicable curses, I thanked the appropriate gods that I kept the valet key in the glove compartment. I completed my errand and drove home to spend the next hour removing/relocating and then replacing the driver's seat bolts, the console panel, and assorted wire harnesses so that I could finally use a 12" curved forceps to remove the nonmagnetic key from its' resting place. Fortunately, in my youth, I had spent considerable time working on cars and have all the proper tools and skills for the task. No doubt, this would have been a $300 job at the local dealership. I immediately went online and ordered the product. So for all of the critics who think the product is overpriced I say NAY NAY! You're not just paying for some material. You're paying for the idea and the trouble it can save. Buy it. What happened to me can happen to you.

Looks good. Two Free gifts in the box.

I have been wanting these for a while. i finally pulled the trigger. you might think its kinda dumb. but its not. its worth it. every now and then i drop my phone, or a pen, or coin inbetween my center console and my seat. i end up banging up (squeezing) the back of my hand against the console trying to reach down and get it. my hand is usually sore after, and i wast time moving my seat around trying to make room. this fit in, dont stick out at all. and they have already saved me multiple times in just a few months. i didnt use any adhesive. i have a 06 acura tl and these squish tight into place as is.

I used to drive all over the state for my job, and, due to always being in the car, the area under my seat and between the seat and console was a black hole of nuts, change, stale French fries, and the occasional cell phone. Now I'm based out of my home and don't have to travel, but currently, I'm on a family trip. We drove all day yesterday, and will spend more time in the car before getting back home. My wife and I both had opportunity to be pleasantly surprised by things NOT going down the rabbit hole into wonderland. (I wonder where my earbuds are? I wonder where that charging cable went? I wonder if I dropped a chip?) The Drop Stops fit easily around the seat belt buckle, and stay in place, despite seat adjustments for different drivers. They disapper from view, since they are the same black as the usual void we are used to. I actually had to point them out to my wife, who was concerned that a credit card or something might slide off her lap while she was making reservations from the co-pilot seat. We were both pretty skeptical before ordering, but I think she may be getting a set for her car when we get home!

When these were originally shown on Shark Tank several years ago, I immediately went online and purchased a set. When it was time a few weeks to purchase a replacement set, I tried some that were leather and another set made of a different material. I sent both back. These original Drop Stop Seat Gap Fillers are the only ones that work for large SUVs. They are fuller for those bigger gaps and extend longer past the seat belt buckle which is where most items fall into the gap when in an SUV. And in my SUV, if things fall into that gap, it is very difficult to access and get them out even from behind and under the seat. These completely block the gap all the way from the front edge of the seat to way back past that buckle. Yes, things will stick to the material, but can easily be cleaned by pulling up on them without completely removing them and using a hand-held or car wash vacuum to suction. I absolutely, 100% recommend this original version.

I have to admit, my expectations weren't very high. I thought it was more of a joke when my husband got this for me for Christmas. Little did I realize it would be one of my most favorite gadgets ever! I don't know if I realized just how many things went missing in my seat gap. It has really saved a lot of things from disappearing into that black hole. It was easy enough to fit into my car and it's soft! It's just like an extension of my seat, except it fits every curve of my seat! There really isn't another product that compares to this. That's why I gave it 5 stars!
