They used this in science labs to clean microscopes and other optical equipment. Works well on eyeglasses and camera lenses.

I use these for a variety of things including cleaning our eyeglasses, cleaning glass surfaces (monitor, TV, etc), as well as working to clean circuit boards and soldering with a brush. Add some ISO, use an anti-static brush, and then these wipes with the same brush gets the soldering residue and flux off my boards. Keeps things clean and I buy stacks of them and use them in the bathroom, my workbench, and in my truck for a lint-free/smear-free cleaning wipe!

I remember these in pathology classes to clean the microscope. Today they make great eye glass lens cleaners with an appropriate spray. The cost is a fraction of what they charge for similar wipes at a eye glass store. Great deal. Great item.

What can I say. It cleaned my collection of canon L lenses perfectly without a problem. I bought the bundle.

While I usually don't advocate single use items, these are an exception. Years ago, DH's then-optometrist used these instead of the microfiber cloth that comes with new eyeglasses. I was skeptical as I've used them on ground glass optics in the lab. Using these wipes on plastic eyeglass lenses seemed a bit suspect to me. I was wrong. Assuming you use a cleaning spray, these wipes will not grind in collected dirt/grime unlike microfiber cloths. (How many people routinely wash those cloths?) I replace my glasses every 2-3 years but the lenses, while not new, look unscratched. (side note: we watched one technician scratch brand new lenses by using a microfiber cloth with a printed brand name. The advertising tore a scratch so deep they had to replace the lenses. If you must use one of those cloths, make sure it doesn't have printing on it!)

These things have been around for a million years and its because they work. Extremely low lint and perfect for those sensitive surfaces you need clean and lint free.

Kimwipes do an excellent job on my eyeglasses. Unlike other reviews I've read, I reuse mine. I leave them out to dry after cleaning in the morning or night, and they still do a good cleaning when I return. I've used Kimwipes for years, and LOVE them!

We had these where I was once employed. I have purchased them and have been using them every since. They keep the glasses clean and do not scratch lenses like other product can.

Nothing better in the industry. Also highly useful outside of the lab for any myriad of applications. Any surface you care about, use these to for cleanup. This nice giant six-pack will last you a good long while. The last thing you want is to be in a situation where you've just realized you ran out and need these. Don't damage your equipment just because you ran out and needed to use something inferior.

I found these some years ago to be helpful together with either pre-moistened lens cleaning tissues and/or cleaning liquids. First I use the cleaning stuff then these "dry" wipes. The result is excellent. Usually only a morning "cleaning session" is enough for the entire day.
