I bought these for myself last Christmas hoping to find a good alternative to standard nonstick. These are so wonderful! A more conscientious choice with the ceramic. They cook well, clean like a dream, and I don’t have to be so precious with them so I can use metal utensils. I put them in the dishwasher regularly and have had no issues. After one year they are still as nonstick as they were out of the box. No chips or scratches. Highly recommend.

Excellent pots and pans. Used on a daily basis. All clean up easily, even when cooking notoriously sticky substances. The keys to those who disparage these and other non-stick cookware is that they are more than likely cooking on higher heat than they should, they put them in the dishwasher, or they put a hot pan in cold water. Always hand wash (it is quick and easy!). Never put any hot pan in cold (or even warm) water.

I have already gone through 2 ceramic nonstick pans and had to throw them away! This one is the best and great to use!

This is the best nonstick pan that I have used in my kitchen. I have had very good results with T-fal pans in the past. When it was time to get a new pan for my kitchen I looked around and liked what I read in the Amazon reviews for the GreenPan's Paris Ceramic pan. I wasn't disappointed and I've been very pleased with how it performs in my kitchen and with the ease of keeping it clean and looking like new.

I've retired my old calphalon pans and am LOVING these GreenPans! Interesting tip: you need to cook at lower temps. These pans brown food like I've never seen, which is good because with my last pans I'd have to have the whole house smoking just to get a good sear on a steak.

I searched for a long time to get the perfect cooking pans - and these are amazing. The non-stick surface cooks food even and easily. Cleaning is a breeze. I've had these pans for a few months now and I've cooked with plastic and metal utensils and the ceramic surface hasn't scratched at all. I highly recommend this cookware. I know it's higher priced, but it's well worth it.

These pans are so far, a delight. I cook (and bake) a lot. I've had a few random ceramic coated pieces over the past few years. I bought the Calphalon Try Me skillet set and it was disappointing because the coating failed even though I am very careful. I have a Green Gourmet small skillet, which is holding up well. I bought the set on Prime Day for an excellent price, so that factors in to my review. I have not used all the pieces as I have another modern non-stick set that is not ceramic. But the ones I've used have performed beautifully. They heat quickly and evenly. There have been no hot spots and no sticking. Now for the bad: I hate, no make that loathe the lids. They went to the trouble of making good quality pans--even coating the handle rivets--but cheaped-out on the lids! They are NOT glass. Instead they are brushed stainless, which would be okay if the handles were (1) riveted and (2) spacious enough to get your hand through them! The handles are tiny and, of course, get hot, so you need a mitt or other heat protection. There is no way, just no way to easily pick up the darn things! I have dropped these lids more than any other I've ever owned. I intend to contact Green Pan and ask for glass lids as described. I doubt I'll get them, but it can't hurt to ask. Edit: I just noticed that the main page lists brushed stainless lids, while the item description page lists glass lids. Hm, I hate when that happens. Other than the lids, these are a very good home set or to add to your collection.

I like this cookware because I own two parrots and I worry about their safety and health. So far with all my research I have found this should be safe for my birds. Have cooked in a few times and no problems with cleaning or sticking. I gave up a really expensive set of pots I loved and had for years. So far I'm happy with the quality and seems with all my reading safe for my feather friends. I will give up some quality if I have to for my babies but so far happy with my purchase.

I wait almost 2 month to write my review because I was doubting about buying due to bad reviews about scratches and food sticking in it. I think the problem is people that doesn't follow instructions. You can't use spray oil, use metal spoons or hard sponges... easy, because nothing get stick. I'll upload a photo and continue to do so every other month to see how it goes. Update... 2 and a half months and still great (second picture) I use it in a daily basis and even if something stick on it. Is easy to remove even just with water. I think the secret is care!

Only used a few times so far but it cooked very well and non-stick worked great too. Probably is good to coat any of these non-stick pans with just a little "grease" (oil, butter, margarine, bacon fat etc.) before you fry. I'm on diets too...so I don't mean a lot of grease, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan. Suggestion: Spread a tiny bit of oil with your fingesr BEFORE you turn on the burner.
