These were so easy to use and life saving
These were so easy to use and life saving!!! My brother in law and I had to move a 300 pound island with countertop on it into another room to replace the floor. We messed around with a furniture dolly and other mechanisms and tried to pick it up on either side, but way too bulky and heavy to walk with. I got these straps, looked at the directions for 10 seconds, we put them on, threw the strap under and we had it moved in seconds! Then used these to move the range, washer, dryer, furniture! This is the best ever!! Never will I try to move something heavy w/o pulling these back out again. Very solid made, easy to put on, thread the strap through the loop and it holds super tight.

it you're bigger than 6' 220 lbs I would recommend first of all losing some weight like I still ...
I'm a bigger guy, 6' 220 lbs, but my friend who is helping me move is bigger. This item says "One size fits all", but there is no way it's going to fit his fat butt! Just saying, it you're bigger than 6' 220 lbs I would recommend first of all losing some weight like I still need to and also looking at another product. The product is very well built and much stronger than expecting. Note: it fit him and we both agreed this is an awesome product.

me and my wife moved everything and these straps did an amazing job for not breaking our backs
I got to say, I built a new house and had to move all the stuff from the old home, next door, besides the piano, which I had professionals move it, me and my wife moved everything and these straps did an amazing job for not breaking our backs, especially my wife's; she insisted on not hiring professional movers when she realized how easy is moving stuff with these straps. I really loved them, especially that for few dollars I saved a lot of money by not hiring someone else to do the job, now mind you, I moved 5 bedroom sets, double china sets, stove, washer/dryer, fridge, couches, etc, so this was no small job.

Could not have moved items without these.
We moved an entire kitchen cabinets, appliances, island etc into storage to have installed into our kitchen. It took 6 people to move some of the cabinet units and the extra large built in refrigerator. I ordered these when it was time to load these on a uhaul and bring them to our our house for installation because We were only going to have 4 of us unloading the items and I thought they were worth giving them a try. A lot of the time the difficulty in moving these items is due to not being able to grip the item. My husband laughed at me and it turned out I got the last laugh. They made the process 100% easier. I really don't know if we would have been able to move it without them. The only complaint that I have is the strap got a tear when we moved the refrigerator but it was probably at the top of the weight limit and may have rubbed it. It was definitely worth the $20 spent.

We can move anything!
We literally moved every single thing in our house in two days with these. I'm shorter and my guy is taller and it still worked fine. What I found helped me was if i pushed the item away from me with my arms, it raised up to where it was easier to control and far enough from my legs for me to walk. The heaviest item we moved I had to put down once, but it was easy to stand up again... it was just super heavy. We moved all of our furniture, washer, dryer, every single thing. I was shocked at how easy it made it. The strap is so long you can move a long couch or you just pull it short and throw it on top of the item you're moving. I LOVE this product and it eliminates the need for brute strength.

I wish I had this 40 years ago. Much easier than trying to carry things by hand.
Makes moving large heavy objects easy. We moved 8 ft tall x 4ft wide book cases made of MDF and OAK. and two other 8 ft cabinets. The strap made it easy to move these. also moved a large MDF/OAK entertainment center that had to be 500 to 600 lbs. The strap made it possible for me ( 60 yrs old ) and my son to move this. It was at the limits of our strength but we got it moved slowly. The strap is adjustable right in front of you so you can get it adjusted to just the right lift height. Large people ( say 220 lbs and up may have trouble getting the harness on as it is one fixed size. My wife and I used it to easily move other cabinets and furniture around the house.

These are great!! Can’t beat the price!
These are great! Guys were so not interested in trying & I convinced them to just try it & they were all saying that had to get a set of these. They are great & we’ve moved so much that we otherwise would not be able too. Even myself & young son. These are great & you just can’t beat the price!!

must buy if you need to move large items.
bought this product after watching Sears deliver my stove seamlessly using back straps. I was amazed how easily they went up the stairs, around corners and positioned it perfectly. after owning a pair of arm moving straps I can say THANK YOU. no strain on back, arms!

A MUST-HAVE for moving (yup, ALL-CAPS)...
...if you have big and/or heavy items!! We just bought our first home and after taking on a mortgage, we wanted to save a few hundred bucks by doing a self-move. First off, if you have the extra $, *seriously consider* hiring some pro movers. It will go sooo much faster and easier if you have some pros do it, and you'll save yourself the aches and pains of tired muscles, not to mention the grumpiness that will take over after you've packed and unpacked a moving truck. If it's truly not an option to hire movers, then get this kit. It really does work if you have two people who can communicate ("ready, set, lift" will be your script). We lifted a solid pine armoire that stands about 6.5' tall, a front loading washer that was the weight of a baby elephant, the matching dryer, a TV stand that holds a 60" tv, a dining hutch, and a 8-drawer chest. It paid for itself after the armoire. We saw these straps at work when we had pro movers for our out-of-state move, and could see how it made easy work of big and bulky furniture. If you're not familiar with how this kit works, make sure to watch a video or read the included instructions because safety is not a joke. And because wrecking your own stuff will only add to the grumpiness. The straps were loose on me (5'6", 140lbs) and snug on the hubby (6'4", 250ish) but that didn't reduce the effectiveness AT ALL. Make sure the strap is secured tightly on both ends, then "ready, set, lift". Oh yeah, get yourself some good work gloves while you're shopping for moving stuff. You'll have better grip and save your hands from gashes or sharp corners. Hey, you've been warned...I don't recommend moving yourself but if you must, I highly recommend this product. This is a 100% legit, verified review and I paid for this item with my own hard-earned $.

Works way better than the Forearm Forklift!
First and foremost this product does not change how much weight you will have to lift! Their is no added mechanical advantage when using this product. The weight of the lifted object will be evenly distributed between the two lifters EXCEPT when both lifters are not at the same level (ie stairs). While lifting objects up and down stairs the person on the higher step will most likely have to bear most of the load unless the bottom person uses their hands. That being said, I would still highly recommend this product because it helps anyone (from the guy who has never deadlifted to the body builder of the year) to keep good lifting form throughout the entire move. All the weight is placed on your shoulders close to your body so you can lift using only your legs while keeping your back in a neutral isotonic non-jerking position. An added bonus is that your hands are left free from carrying the load so you can control the object with ease using both arms. You cannot do this with the Forearm Forklift! Also a good thing to know is make sure that the strap is placed as close to the center as you can so your object doesn't tip over when you lift up for the first time. This product is especially nice to use while carrying awkward and heavy objects that don't have good spots to grip at waist height (ie refrigerator, dressers, recliner couches ect).
