I absolutely love this product. Every time I need to lose some weight from being on vacation or bad phases it always does the trick. You do have to diet and exercise to see results but it definitely helps speed up the process! I’ve used it 3 times and it’s always worked

I have been using these for a month and I have to say that they are aiding in the tightening of my ab area. I also exercise regularly and take Pilate sculpt classes. I’m going to order another bottle and see the difference after 2 months.
