Great product!. My doctor recommended this over the counter remedy a few years ago, since I suffer from pollen allergies. It's ideal for mild attacks, and I observe no after effects. its relatively higher price for this category of drug, in my opinion, is justified.

For years I've used prescription eye drops to control allergic itchiness. This year my symptoms overwhelmed the meds so I decided to supplement them with Zaditor over the counter drops. They work incredibly well, even to the extent that I've now stopped the prescription drops and get complete relief from the Zaditor drops. Zaditor is a pretty awkward product name, but the product itself is very effective and I highly recommend it.

I can’t say enough about these. I don’t have crazy allergies, but the pollen has been out of control where I live. I had dry eyes, and they were itchy, which was a problem because when I rub my eyes, it messes with my contacts. My eye doc said he noticed small red allergy bumps in my eye and wanted to prescribe drops. He gave me a prescription for $300 allergy drops that he assumed my insurance would cover (NOT!) but said if those were too expensive, to try these Zaditor drops. I put a drop in each eye every morning 10 minutes before I put my contacts in (doctor’s recommendation) and out a drop in each eye every night when I take my contacts out. I’ve had NO itching, running, redness or issues whatsoever. We went to Disney for a week and I forgot these, and my eyes itched the whole time. These are a must-have!

These are great. Instantly stops the itching and irritation, without causing my pupils to change sizes like other allergy drops do. It's a rare reaction, but allergy drops like Visine-A cause my pupils to enlarge which can be uncomfortable. These don't and they work great!

Don't buy other allergy eye drops. My doctor let me know that the others can't be used long term and aren't really good for the eyes. You should only buy an allergy eye drop which contains Ketotifen. This may cost more but it works the best for your symptoms and is the safest. I suffer from various allergies year around and keep a bottle in my purse. My daughter went through a horrible allergy spell where gunk kept coming out of her eyes and wouldn't stop no matter what she did. Bought her a bottle and sent it to her (she's in college) and she said it immediately relieved her symptoms. Alcon Zaditor is an excellent brand and is the only allergy eye drop you should use. Note: If you are looking for something to 'get the red out', this is not it. That's a chemical which acts differently and you can buy seperately. Remember not to use red eye drops long term, they aren't good for the eyes long term either. When using this product, you probably will notice less of red eyes as it's treating your allergies. But to get rid of 'red eye' immediately, this isn't your product. Which is probably a good thing Alcon Zaditor sells this item with only Ketotifen in it. Safest to use long term.

My wife was having trouble with her eyes itching very bad most days, and the optometrist had suggested different eye drops that he recommend, but none of them provided much relief. He finally wrote a prescription for her, and when we took it to the pharmacist to have it filled, it was going to be over a 100 dollars, and that was with our insurance also paying some. Seeing we had some discomfort with the price, he asked if we had tried Zaditor. Of course we hadn't, and the pharmacist said that Zaditor had similar ingreatents to the product that the prescription was written for, well to make a long story short. Zaditor relived the itching problem, within a few minutes and my wife only has to reapply it, less than once a day. It saved us around 100 dollars, because the Zaditor only cost around 7 dollars a bottle. Great product and welcome relief!

Burns a little bit, but works wonders once you get used to it. My primary care physician noticed how bad my eyes were suffering from allergies. Not long after at an eye exam, my optometrist recommended this for my seasonal allergies. Most of the redness and swelling is now under control.

My optometrist recommended this product after he noticed allergy bumps under my eyelids were likely causing red eye issues. The dry, likely dirty air in my office would leave my eyes red and irritated by the end of the day. Using this product twice a day (then down to once a day) has helped immensely. Use at least 15 minutes before putting in your contacts to give the product a chance to work. Can't beat Amazon's pricing on this product. Very convenient 2-bottle pack.

Ugh!! It's allergy season in the Pacific NW for those of us allergic to evergreen pollen. Sneezing, wheezing, and, for me, itchy and watery eyes. I've tried several different allergy eye drops, and I keep coming back to Zaditor. I first tried this when it was prescription-only, and it really does work the best for me. Later in the year, it's leaf mold in the fall and again I turn to Zaditor. Two drops in each eye, and I'm good for at least 8 hours. It doesn't cause dry-eye -- a problem with other allergy drops. Really, I will not purchase anything but Zaditor -- it works the best for me with no side effects. Huge thumbs up!

I had tried a bunch of different OTC allergy eye drops and nothing got rid of that feeling that resembles a piece of sand in your eye, the feeling that makes you want to rub your eyes until tears are flowing and the skin is raw around them. I asked my allergy doctor what he recommended and right away he said Zaditor. I ordered a two pack, used one drop in each eye, morning and night, and though it took a week or so for that sand feeling to completely disappear, it was gone. I didn't realize how close to empty I was and ended up running out before I remembered to reorder. For a couple of days I was fine, then that itching reminded me that I needed to get some more. Reordered it, back to using it regularly, and no problems at all. Love this stuff. It's a bit more expensive than other allergy eye drops I have bought but it is so worth it.
