Mine are the Orange version, but still as advertised and are complete with instructions. Harder to find at this reasonable price than you would think. For all the complaints, it is what it is and designed to work with Orbit's calculator. If you did your homework there should be no surprises. 7-28-17 UPDATE After contacting Orbit about the website referenced in the instructions failing to work, Orbit has fixed the website!!! I can now use both Chrome and Edge for water calculations. Also NOTE: If you a using the b-Hyve irrigation control you do not need the website. Just enter your measurements directly into the app.

These worked out great for setting up our Rainmachine HD-12 with accurate rate and efficiency values. Instead of using the generic values assigned by the Rainmachine for various sprinkler heads, we were able to get a true indication of our irrigation system. Another plus was identified a problem with coverage in one of our zones that we can easily fix. For those that own a controller by a different company, Orbit does have the b-Hyve Lite app in the iOS App Store that you can use along with these cups to plug in your results. For anyone using any type of smart controller, this is a must for the controller to accurately determine the right schedule. Even if you are not using a smart controller, these cups are a wise thing to get to do an irrigation audit anyway. One not is the cups measure in mL’s — but the app takes care of converting the rate in to in/hr — easily allowed us to change the sprinkler head types on our Rainmachine to a custom head type with the right values.

Aren't these about the silliest things you ever thought you'd buy? Special cups to catch and measure sprinkler water. Okay, so much for the obvious but for those of us a bit more OCD than normal about our lawns will actually see the value in these. They're well made. Seem to be accurate and I expect to be able to use them a long, long time.

Expensive but it did show me how uneven my sprinklers were. I was able to change some nozzles to increase some areas and reduce in others. I was then able to determine how long to run the sprinklers to get the desired amount of water. I was able to reduce run times so overall it paid for itself. Also gives the neighbors something to talk about 🤔

I use it with my Orbit Smart Controller. Easy to setup and read. My coverage area is about 75% and my sprinkler heads are about 1.52 inches per hour for water. My smart controller said I needed to increase the watering time. Obviously, I couldn't do that since I live in a drought area but nice to know how well my sprinkler system works.

A little spendy but it made measuring the output and consistency of my sprinkler system a lot easier. It also works well with the b·hyve app and eliminates the need for paper and pencil. It was cool to do an initial test, see where my high and low areas were, and then test again after replacing sprinkler heads and see how my measurements changed. Very happy with the purchase.

i bought these to test the efficiency of my in ground sprinkler system. they did what they were supposed to do, but i could have used tuna cans and got the same result. unfortunately, i rarely eat tuna or canned chicken...

These catch cups allowed me to fine tune my irrigation system and mine needed it. Was able to load the data into my BHive App for more accurate coverage and cost savings.

Work wonderfully. Just stick them out in your yard and let the sprinklers do the rest. Nice hard plastic steaks. Great product.

Helped me to properly setup the lawn watering. Good in its purpose, but a bit too expensive. Surprisingly, the kids found these thing fun to play with. So I got twice of the value :)
