I like to have all my equipment installed neatly and cleanly. That's not always possible given the specific demands of your space. In finishing my "movie room" I built a closet for my gear. It's not very deep (just have wire racks in there for now), so to get the receiver to set away from the front edge I got these angles. At first, I didn't understand the point of including multiple types in the pack, but I do now. While you may simply need to angle a wire, it could go up or down depending on how your HDMI connectors are placed. On my receiver, one side went up, but on the projector side the cable went down (so... ordered another set to get the cables to go the way I wanted). I haven't had any display artifacts on a 1080p projector out of a Yamaha receiver. One time I was holding the receiver trying to plug something in and nearly dropped it. These have probably saved my Long HDMI runs or my receiver (or both). The angle connector bent and separated, but the cable and receiver were fine. Glad to have these in that case!

We recently re-did our son's room to make it a bit more grown up since he's getting older. We bought a few floating ledges to help with storage and decoration with one ledge being used to hold his Nintendo Switch and controllers. Due to the size of the dock and the protruding HDMI cable, it wouldn't fit. When I search for an upturned HDMI adapter, I knew this would be perfect. I received the product quickly, it was exactly as pictured/described, and it fit perfectly for our particular set up. I was pleased to find that both of the adapters had a very solid feel to them. Nothing felt like it would flex or bend easily (obviously this isn't indestructible) and it seems to be made of higher quality components. Also, the fact that these adapters are opposite of each other (one faces up, one faces down), is a really nice benefit. I would certainly recommend this.

I thought I wanted two 90 deg adapters so that the cables would come out of my TV and head down to the receiver, but the HDMI ports are stacked, so if I had done that there wouldn't be room for the top cable to come down. THIS is what you want if your HDMI ports are stacked. The top HDMI will point up, and the bottom one down, but there will be plenty of room for everything to sit as flush as possible against the wall. Works great!

My TV is hung on the wall very close, only about an inch of clearance. 2 of my HDMI ports are on the side which is great, but the other two were directly on the back and a cable would not plug in without making the TV sit crooked. These adapters worked great as it allows me to plug in the other two hdmi cables and still keeping the TV flush on the wall. Of course 1 has to go up and the other down, but the cables lay flat and it works great! I highly recommend these if you're in the same predicament as I was.

Just mounted my Samsung TV to the wall and hid the cables behind the drywall... these are EXACTLY what I needed to help my poor HDMI cables from breaking. The HDMI ports are at an awkward angle on the backside of the TV, especially if you want the TV to collapse against the wall. My cables were bending to the point of breakage until I stumbled upon these bad boys. Glad it came in a combo pack as I wasn't certain exactly what I needed. Ended up using the 270 and will order more of those and keep the 90 for possible future need. Couldn't be happier with this purchase!

These are perfect for wall mounted TV's when you have the HDMI cable outlets installed on the wall. I had my builder run the HDMI thru the wall so the cable would be hidden and he there is an outlet at the top by the TV and down low where the surround sound is. But my TV was crushing the cable when I plugged it in. This little adapter saved my cable and allowed the TV to be flush against the wall.

I have three Hdmi ports directly on the back of an older Sony Bravia that I hung on the wall. Without these adapters I would not have been able to mount the TV without crushing the cables! Since Im using two of of the HDMI ports, I needed both the 90 and 270 degree adapters.

The quality of these is really good. However, all of my HDMI ports are in a column under each other. Unfortunately I could only use one of these on the bottom port. These would work best if your HDMI ports are in a row horizontally across the back of the TV and not vertically. If they are verticle only one can be used.

I chose this particular product, because the combo pack came with BOTH bend directions (angles), preventing the common mistake of choosing the wrong direction (angle). For me the needed angle depends on where I decide to put the component (above or below the TV). The connection works well, I see no loss of signal of degradation of signal quality. But I have not yet tried this with anything complex (3D, or resolution beyond 720p). This reduced the space taken up on the back of my DVD player enough that it now fits on the same width shelf that I use for my TV. This allows me to place the DVD player only 3/4 inch from the wall.

Our TV had only one usable HDMI port since the other was blocked by the wall-mounting frame. This attachment allows us to access that second HDMI port, which is great because with the kids doing so many online class sessions (thanks, coronavirus!) we can now permanently leave a phone hooked up for quick and easy videoconference access (instead of manually switching cables between device and cable box all the time).
