Update, March 2017: These cloths are in remarkable condition and working just as well as when new. On Microfiber Cloths (See Photo) For this review I have four popular brands pictured here under a 15” ruler. All cloths in this comparison have been machine washed and dried. From top to bottom: Kleenist (White) About 11.5”x 11.5” Avg. weight 16 grams per cloth. 80% Polyester / 20% Polyamide. A bit smaller and thinner than others but still a useful size for smaller jobs or changing cloths often, they’re especially friendly for attaching to different tools with a neater fit. Their ideal fabric content makes them quite absorbent and wringing out these small cloths is a snap. At this price these are a good deal for light duty jobs. The one downside is the inconsistent stitching around the edges, several in my order have patches that the sewer completely missed and I expect those to fray and fall apart faster than the others. Amazon Basics (Gold) 11.75” x 14.5” Avg. weight 26 grams per cloth. 90% Polyester 10% Polyamide. When purchased via Subscribe and Save these are a good deal. The fabric content leaves a little bit to be desired for scrubbing or jobs that require a lot of absorbency. They leave a bit more lint than others. I find that after multiple use/wash/dry cycles these tend to break down and start feeling a bit “crispy” to the touch. Overall, I do use these often but will likely bypass them on my next order in favor of the preferable 80%/20% fabric content. Quickie (Blue) 15” x 12” Avg. weight 34 grams per cloth. 65% BICONSTITUENT FIBER / 35% Polyester. My least favorite of the lot. From what I was able to learn, the term “biconstituent” fiber is as much the manufacturing process of combining two materials as it is the actual fiber name. I find that the Quickie cloths tend to be linty and do not “grip” dust or dirt, they leave streaks more often than others. Absorbency is good but not enough to redeem the flaws. I’m sticking with the better fabric options. This Item, VibraWipe (Green) 14” x 14” Avg. weight 40 grams per cloth. 80% Polyester / 20% Polyamide. In terms of quality VibraWipe is the runaway favorite in this bunch. They are larger and thicker than the others (not automotive thick). I use these in place of terrycloth in the bathrooms. They have an ideal finish for personal washing/drying including the face. They also work well for mild exfoliation. I use two in the shower each day, one for washing and the second for drying “shammy-style” instead of a using a bulky towel. Last, it serves as the ideal mop for the shower stall. These cost a little more than others but for the price of one Cannon terrycloth bath sheet I bought a fleet of these and only wash bathroom towels once a month --and all in one load. When the time comes these will be demoted to cleaning jobs and I honestly expect that they will hold up and keep performing at other jobs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In my experience the optimal microfiber fabric content for cleaning power, dust collection, absorbency, and streak-free results is definitely the 80% Polyester / 20% Polyamide version. The other fabric combinations just don’t quite compare to it. Regarding Swiffer and other “refillable” cleaning tools, the good news is that all microfiber works very well with the crunchy side of Velcro. I took some adhesive-backed Velcro and cut small pieces to attach to my various tools. All these microfiber cloths work flawlessly with it and are super easy to change out during jobs. Good for me, the environment, and the budget. My uses for these cloths run the gamut from all household cleaning, general kitchen use, automotive cleaning, digital devices and eyeglasses, garage jobs, to personal care. All have been used both wet and dry. As a rule, plain water works great but I’ve also had good results using all cloth brands with various cleaners, soaps, bleach and cleansers. Original review: These are superior to the several other brands I've tried and they perform extremely well. They do have annoying tags to remove but it's a small price to pay considering how well they absorb, clean anything, and come clean in the washer. The well-sewn edges have held up beautifully after several machine washings, they air dry quickly, and the 80%/20% is the ideal fabric content for microfiber. These are also just the right thickness and density to do pretty much everything that can be done with microfiber. There was a minor snafu with my initial order and their customer service was fast and outstanding. VibraWipe is the only microfiber I will buy now and I have eliminated a ton of terry cloth washcloths & rags for life!

These are perfect. Perfect size. Perfect that they have different colors so I can have my own system of what gets used where. Perfect price. They are exceptionally well made with a tight stitch binding on the edges. And of course they work like a charm. An example is a hard to clean chandelier ( see photo) .With just plain water these have quickly made this fixture glimmer with brilliance. They do the same on mirrors, chrome fixtures, and anything else. They leave no lint behind. So glad someone invented these wonderful work savers.

I've tried allot of different microfiber cloths over the years mainly for my truck and dirt bike and some are really good. I've needed some new ones for awhile and was looking around on Amazon and discovered Vibrawipe listed as a best seller. Bought them, tried them and love them. They are thick, soft and perfect size. The quality is second to none. I'm hooked! Vibrawipe customer for life. The search is over! I highly recommend them.

Does anyone else out there hate dusting like I do?? Well, after reading other reviews about these cloths, I decided I might as well try them. The day they arrived, I removed two from the package. I moistened one cloth with plain water. I proceeded to DUST and DUST and DUST, wiping down the furniture with first a moist cloth and then finishing with the dry cloth. Absolutely no dust flew in the air and the furniture really looked great. Then I decided to use them on the bathroom mirrors. And later on I tried cleaning the kitchen sink and counters with them. I just kept rinsing out the wet cloth and using it over and over again. My husband was delighted with my enthusiasm. I'm giving some of these as Christmas gifts to my sisters-in-law and a bachelor friend this year. I haven't laundered them as yet. I just keep using a bar of soap to clean and rinse them. I very happy with this purchase.

I bought several brands of microfiber cleaning cloths about a year ago. After using them a lot, and washing them many times, This VibraWipe has lasted longer, remains "spongy-er", thicker, and more absorbent that any of the other cloths. *Microtex is my least favorite, it seemed to really thin out after multiple washings and has much less absorbency and lost all spongy-ness. *My next least fav is the Zwipes Microfiber, also lost all spongy-ness, some absorbency and thinned out a bit from washing. (Zwipes Microfiber Cleaning Cloths (24-Pack)) *I was surprised that the very pricey Norwex Enviro, touted for it's Silver antibacterial quality, also thinned out as much as the Microtex, and lost a lot (not all) absorbency and spongy-ness. (Norwex Antibacterial Microfiber Envirocloth, Green) I have been careful to wash these cloths in an all natural laundry soda, instead of my usual laundry detergent, Tide. I have heard that normal laundry detergents "clog" up the fine fibers and cause them to lose absorbency, and in the case of the Norwex cloths, can stifle the effectiveness of the silver content. So I used the Norwex (Norwex Ultra Power Plus Laundry Detergent) all natural laundry soda and/or the Nellie's all-natural laundry soda.... Never using fabric softener like Downey or Snuggle, or dryer sheets like Bounce, which also can harm the fine microfibers. Another thing I liked about the VibraWipe, is that after many washes, it surprisingly still holds it's shape and folds perfectly! The others seem to have stretched out a bit and fold up lopsided...not a big deal, but interesting to me that this one does not do that. I haven't mentioned the Chemical Guys because they are just so different from the brands mentioned above (which I use mostly in the kitchen). The two Chemical Guys cloths, ( Chemical Guys MIC3336G El Gordo Professional Extra Thick Supra Microfiber Towels, Green - 16.5 in. x 16.5 in. (Pack of 6)) and (Chemical Guys MIC50706 Professional Grade Premium Microfiber Towel, Gold - 16 in. x 24 in. (Pack of 6)) are terrifically thick and good for washing large objects like cars. They are extremely absorbent when wet ... almost too think to handle comfortably when wet. However, I mostly use them dry for dusting. I love them to dry dust...no Pledge or Endust... just one cloth catches all the dust there is in every room! I use a clean one on all cloth or silk lampshades and they take off all the dust so easily, no chance of streaking! I can't remember what I did without them...(mostly avoided lampshades!) Easy wiping stairway spindles and between... There is a caution however... if you get them tangled up in very dirty areas with spiderwebs, leaves, etc... they are SO sticky...it's hard to get the leaves and such unstuck from the fibers even after washing more than once. It will take some time picking out by hand! But...I digress. VibraWipe ...is by far my favorite kitchen cloth. Perfect size for kitchen washing/wiping cloth. Perfect absorbency. Wrings out very well and dries quickly. (Wish they came in white...but...I'm getting used to the funky pastel colors!)VibraWipe VWM-08 Microfiber Cleaning Cloths, 4 Colors - 8-Pieces

I have bought several brands of microfibers cloths off Amazon. These are the nicest by far. They are big, soft, and do not roll up on the edges with washing. Photo show this brand on the left and another brand on the right. The company recommends washing in cold water with only non linting synthetic fabrics and then to hang them dry.

LOVE these cloths. I clean houses, so I use these pretty heavily. I am extremely impressed with the quality and durability. I need more of them, so I don't burn out the 8 that I have. I haven't bought another pack yet because they are expensive. But that's my own issue to resolve. I think these cloths are worth every penny. They have made cleaning so much easie , and I am BEYOND grateful for that! Not to mention significantly reducing the number of chemicals I use. The only cleaning products I use now are for cleaning toilets. I am more than happy to use the microfiber cloths for everything else, but I draw the line at using them on toilets. FYI - I use them for the following: dusting; washing windows and mirrors; cleaning kitchen counters, sinks and appliances, cleaning bathroom sinks, tubs, and floors. I even use them to wash and dry dishes. Oh, and I use them to wipe down the dog when she's wet or muddy. They are truly amazing. If you are on the fence about spending the money, just do it. You will not regret it. P.S. - I have the extremely expensive Norwex microfiber cloths. These clean just as well.

I purchased these cloths to replace the automobile microfiber cloths that I purchased from Costco a few years ago. In my past experience, my biggest complaint about my old automobile cloths was that they got stained and stinky over time, even after washing. Also, the loops were too catchy - after wiping up crumbs, it was difficult to rinse them off the cloth. So, I approached these VibraWipe cloths with guarded optimism and lots of skepticism. After a week using them, I am pleased with my purchase. My reasons: 1) Perfect size - these are the perfect size to fold and wipe, but not too big that it's too hard to wring out. With a little Windex and a wet cloth, my kitchen glass table gleams. 2) Thick and absorbent - these towels are thicker and "spongier" than my old cloths. These are much, much better than the 3M cloths you can buy at the grocery store 3) Well sewn edges - everyone knows how microfiber edges can fray after being washed. So far, the edges remain intact. 4) Color coding - the different colors are very helpful in keeping the kitchen, bathroom, etc. towels separate. Finally, the lady who comes to my house once a week to clean complimented these cloths. So that's a professional opinion!

This is my second order of Vibra Wipe cleaning cloths. Thought I was getting too many to use in the first shipment. Come to find out, I needed even more. They have so many cleaning, wiping and drying uses. No lint left behind on mirrors. Useful with spray or liquid wood cleaner on wood furniture. I use two for each job, one to wash, wipe or polish, and one to buff dry. Recommended. Followup email by manufacturer with suggestings for washing that I do appreciate. Basically, wash separately in warm water using mild detergent and hang to dry. They go into details of why mixing with lint-departing additional fabrics in the wash clogs the fibres, etc. Thus, the suggestion to wash them separstely or with fabrics that do not shed.

I just received my package of cleaning cloths and promptly opened them and got to cleaning. They cleaned off water spots and smudges off bathroom fixtures and cleaned off the mirror with JUST water. NO streaks, NO lint, everything dried beautifully. I just rinsed the cloth and hung it to dry and it was completely dry the next morning. The only thing better would be having someone else use them for me because I am a lazy human.
