Open before you gift! They are very difficult to open!

The first one was missing the penguins! They sent me a new one and all is well! My Grandson loves them! I would recommend but open up before you give as gift!

Had to sand edges a bit so grandson could own but otherwise fine

Nicely painted! They were very hard to open initially. Be sure to follow the included opening instructions. I did use wax on them as directed . That solved the problem and will be easy for my grandson to open. Nesting toys are a great learning toy.
