This gas regulator, and a new set of split grates, made for a nice upgrade to my Weber Q100. I'd say it gets up to temp at least 20% faster than with the original regulator. I would highly recommend this for anyone using a 20lb tank (or larger) as their sole source for propane. For anyone considering this upgrade to their Weber Q grill, here's the adapter I used for mine Anderson Metals Brass Tube Fitting, Coupling, 3/8" Flare x 1/8" Female Pipe, along with some gas (yellow) sealant tape.

After a bit of troubleshooting on my old one, I decided to order new. This thing is perfect. The hose is great quality and the extra length is perfect for my built in BBQ. The hoses connected easily in seconds and I was back to enjoying the Summer nights outside grilling again.

Works perfectly. The 5' hose fits better than the original 27" hose... not to mention that most today come only in 20 - 24". I connected both ends and the grill turned on with full flames without hesitation. I used yellow (gas) tape on the opposite end from the propane tank to ensure a leak proof seal.

There's a reason this item is a Amazon "Best Seller" ... high quality / Great value. Used it to replace the LP regulator on my 14 year old Jenn-Air model 720-0062 all stainless BBQ pit. Perfect fitment .. runs all 4 burners, side burner, and rotisserie burner all at the same time, on high, with no issue. Pit easily gets to over 620deg.

Someone gave me a $1000 grill because they had to move. It had sat unused for awhile. I noticed the grill had trouble heating up. I found the old hose was leaking. Replaced the hose the grill works like new. I'd recommend changing your hose first if you have a pressure problem with the gas worked like a charm.

For a time, I thought I was getting bad propane tanks for my gas grill. The grill would light, but never got as hot as it used to. I'd go back and exchange the tank with a new one and still have the same problem. What I didn't realize was that it was the original regulator that came with the grill gradually got worse and worse over time. This replacement regulator solved all of my gas grill problems.

Great replacement line. My regulator on my grill developed a leak after about a year or so. It barely gave you enough room to pull the tank out, in fact you couldnt pull the tank out and put it on the ground, there just wasnt enough hose. This hose is great! Plenty of line, you will not have any issues pulling your tank all the way out to replace/refill. Lots of room with this line.

Works much better that one it replaced which seemed to be over gassing the heater it was used with. This one seems to keep the heater burning much smoother with less propane smell. Planning to pick up a spare since I know this model works well with my heater. It was simple to swap and doesn't leak.

Received regulator about three days after ordering. I've been struggling with my Grill for at least a year. If system sense leak it will go into protection mode providing minimal gas flow. Bought braided steel hose from amazon (twice) from Amazon with same result. Bought generic hose from Lowes and worked OK. Hose was too short for my grill. Bought this hose. It is about a foot to a foot and a half too long but grill fired up like the day I bought it. Wish I found a 3 footer but this one will work fine. Just happy to turn it on and it works as expected.

Awesome! Could not find this locally, but this lower pressure is great for those 30K outdoor campstoves and outdoor propane heating lamps
