I've been on a roasted chicken kick for a few months now, and I've tried several different brands of whole chickens; this one has been my favorite. It was absolutely delicious - I could definitely tell a difference between this and other chickens I've tried lately. Plus, no giblets go to waste.

Excellent product

I buy this for roasting and it is the most consistently delicious chicken I've found. There hardly any gloppy fat and the drippings are perfect for making gravy, since it is mostly clean tasting juice instead of fat. The skin crisps perfectly -- never slimy. The meat tastes clean with perfect, meaty (not slimy) texture. I'm happy not to have pay for and discard parts that I never use, The Amazon price is cheaper than my local market.

Perfect size and easy to clean

Perfect size for the family.. Bought this chicken for the first time.The quality of the chicken is very good. It's easy to clean plus these came without the neck and giblets. The chicken we got is also must be a young ones. The taste is also very good. Will buy them again.

Excellent!

Great tasting chicken! Will buy again. I put olive oil on it, seasoned, browned it in oil, put a cup of bone broth in my 6 qt. pressure cooker, cooked on high for 23 minutes and let the cooker release naturally. I browned it at 400 for 10 minutes. Best chicked we've ever had!

It was really good!

I roasted it in the oven. The skin was crunchy and delicious. no chunks of extra fats. The meat was tender and had a clean crisp taste. My husband had three servings and ate the leftovers next day which is totally unlike him. It was really good!
