Super cute and FUN!

Follow the directions and use a drill, you will have no troubles. I've read many reviews saying "my husband....", I'm a woman and I did it myself, no problem. I have also read several reviews giving 1 star because of missing pieces. How about calling the company and asking them to make it right before leaving a bad review? This is a nice, quality playhouse. There are several activities to hold your child's attention. Assembly is a bit time consuming but the end result is worth it. I forsee my children getting lots of use out of this playhouse!

Very fun for a toddler

My 18 moth old loves this house. I purchased it just in time for the nice weather. I had considered a house and a water table so this having both was perfect. My husband is very Anti-sand so I fill the sand side up with water. It took me a few hours to build while entertaining a 1 year old in the yard and keeping tools away from her. The directions are clear and easy to follow. I did not attach the water table with screws. At first I did this because I knew when my husband got home we would be hoisting it over our fence to put it in the place we wanted to keep it. Once that was done I still didn't attach the water table and I'm glad I didn't!!! while the water area does have a drain it can get kinda funky sitting outside all day/night. I have found it so much easier to remove the water table after each use, dump the water and rinse it clean every time I refill it. There is a lip on it that holds it in place so not to worry. She is really enjoying it and likes to just sit in side on the grass in the shade when not playing with the features. The fence is also removable, quite easily if necessary. Kids can screw and unscrew the slats of the fence which is fun and pound in the play nails with the hammer. Additionally, it's a fairly light house so my husband just moves it out of the way when he mows the yard.

Couldn't be happier! I received this on time

First, let me say that this Playhouse is cuter than it looks in the pictures. Couldn't be happier! I received this on time, the box was in good shape and all parts & pieces were included. I had forgotten about the reviews saying that the instructions were incorrect for attaching the nail & hammer activity until after I ran around town trying to find the correct size screws...only to find upon my return that the shorter ones that were included are the correct ones to use! I am 55 years old and had very little trouble assembling it. I did have a bit of trouble installing the roof panels, but after a bit of ingenuity I was able to get the roof hammered down into the groove. It is fairly small as most playhouses go. My 1 year old grandson can use it perfectly, but also my tall-for-his-age 2 year old grandson fits good too. They could probably both fit inside at the same time, but would probably bump into each other quite a bit when playing. It would probably be big enough for a 3-4 year old to play comfortably inside, but more than one older child might not work well. There is lots of room for fun outside of the little house too though! It's definitely a 5 star Playhouse for small children!

Kids love it!! Instructions slightly off, but not a huge issue. All parts included.

My son LOVES this thing. He was up after 9 pm refusing to come inside on the first day! It took a few hours to assemble and I recommend two adults. As for the reviews on missing parts, we had no issues. Addressing the reviews with instructions not matching. This was true, but not a huge deal. Obviously there is a newer model with added features. But, they are still including the original instructions. Parts are off by just one letter. (E is really F etc.). Also, with our model the work bench is flipped with the phone on the right (compared to this pic). But it is not hard to work around, and the pictures are helpful and it fits like a puzzle. Impossible to assemble incorrectly.

Little Tikes fun

Built this by myself in under 2 hours - so cute and fun !!!

Keeps 2 year old busy for hours!

Bought this for our almost 2 year old grandson. This keeps him busy for hours! Hammering the nails, "mailing" things in the mailbox and playing in the sand/water shelf! He absolutely loves it. He's had it for about 2 months now and he still loves it. Just the right size for a toddler up to about 5/6 year old! Is holding up nicely even in the baking Florida sun and torrential rain! Highly recommend!

Best buy ever

Best buy ever! Our 14 month old granddaughter loves to play in this ! I think she will enjoy for quite a few years! She especially loves the water and sand pits on the side and likes to give everyone their mail!

Once we got rolling this was easy to put together

You must have an electric screw driver to put this together. They do not have holes in the plastic for the screws. Only tiny indentations to show you where the screws have to go. Once we got rolling this was easy to put together. The instruction packet was helpful with pictures. We also needed a regular screw driver, a hammer and the absolutely necessary electric screw driver. My grandson loves this playhouse.

Sturdy, easy assembly, lots of fun extras.

Our 4 year old grandson loves this. His favorite parts are the mailbox (we make sure he gets mail regularly), the fence that he's constantly building and rebuilding, the the play table on the side. The extras make this little house perfect. East to put together and very sturdy.

Lots of fun features

This was very easy to put together. Me and my husband put it together in about an hour and a half. It holds both my kids really good with some room to spare. My kids love the mailbox and play mail carrier often. It's fun that they can take apart the fence and put it back together again. The water/sand table is fun too. We put water in the one side and found it to be too messy as the water got all over the kitchen stuff so we drained it and decided to use both sides for sand instead. The one thing we didn't like was the table cover was warpped and doesn't lay flat on the table. Over all this house is loads of fun and has lots of fun features to keep my children entertained for hours.
