Getting Closer to Speaking Japanese

Rocket Japanese is really helping me learn. I've been around Japanese martial arts most of my life and always wanted to communicate in Japanese with some of our visiting instructors. I'm not quite ready yet, but I am definitely headed that way, thanks to your program. And, I've started a Trip to Japan coin can. Tokyo by 2020!!

Best language learning resource out there!!

My husband and I watch a lot of Japanese television like anime and some regular TV shows and thought how awesome it would be to actually be able to understand what the characters are saying without having to read subtitles. We also would like to take a trip to Japan in the future. We were both reluctant to start learning Japanese because we've heard how difficult it can be and that it takes years to become just somewhat fluent. But, we decided to take the leap and signed up for several Japanese learning tools. We started with Rosetta Stone and after 2 days of being on the trial version, we cancelled it because it wasn't working for us. We weren't retaining anything. Then, we found Rocket Japanese and we couldn't believe that we were actually able to have a short conversation after just 2 days!! Rocket Japanese is the easiest and most intuitive program out there for learning Japanese. It's so much fun and so interesting that I spend hours doing the lessons without realizing that much time had passed. I'd recommend Rocket Languages to everyone trying to learn a new language. Arigatō to the creators of this program, I am forever grateful to have this resource!

love it

Love it thus far. But the pace seems to be picking up rather quickly. For example i feel they are not leave enough time in between word or parses for you to repeat when compared to previous lessons. Don't get me wrong i expected it to eventually speed up but i'm only on the third lesson. I've found myself having to review this lesson a lot more then the first two because it was so hard to keep up at first. Even so i still really enjoy Rocket Japanese as you can tell form the start of my review and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to learn Japanese.

Great product

I researched several programs before deciding on Rocket Japanese. After only a week I can have basic conversations and understand bits of conversations. I'm very excited to see where I am in a month. So far this has been a great experience and has really helped my understanding of the language.

Makes Learning Easy and Fun

I've been looking for learning programs for months now, and Rocket Languages has been the easiest to use and learn from. I was able to speak and understand words and phrases almost immediately. Unlike other programs, this one has actually made it easy to learn to also read and write in the target language. I can't recommend this program strongly enough.

SUGOI

It has been very frustrating having a Japanese wife and not being able to speak much Japanese. When we get together with her friends or her parents I feel a bit lost sometimes. The tipping point was my recent trip to Japan. I decided right then that I REALLY need to be able to speak the language. I researched many programs online and Rocket Japanese seemed to be the best fit for me. I must say I have been extremely happy. I can take things at my pace. I do about twenty minutes each day. I love the banter back and forth between Kenny and Sayaka. It keeps it fresh and interesting. I am confident that I am finally on my way to being able to speak Japanese. Thanks so much!

Great for learning Japanese!!

I am very happy with this learning program for Japanese. It is very hard to find decent learning sites that will teach you Japanese. Also, I am able to use this product for free by going through my library. If you have a library card, this will benefit you greatly if your local library has it available.

Rocket Language has provided great instruction and explainations so far

I’ve been wanting to learn Japanese for a while now. I’ve tried trial versions ofDuolingo, Rosetta Stone, and others. Rocket Language has provided great instruction and explainations so far. (Lesson 1.4) Assuming that I can stick with it and get some friends and family to learn with me I intend to purchase the other two modules.

Highly recommended

It's a very well thought out progression through the language. And starts in immediately with practically applicable language with the rules of grammar sprinkled in here and there. Enough so that you actually learn the mechanics of the language but not so much per lesson that it becomes overwhelming or dull. All in all it's a very very good course and I'm very happy with it.
