Shaped exactly like my original equipment piece. That original one basically shattered. Not sure how or when, but it was during a family vacation. Only noticed it partially hanging under the vehicle when we returned home. This replacement seems to be built of a slightly softer material and may avoid being shattered in the future.
It's a big piece of plastic, but it's OEM plastic. It took me ~5 minutes to remove the 4 bolts holding the remnants of my original shield (I hit a 60 quart cooler while driving over a bridge...FUN!) and then install the new one.
