Awesome. Would probably work better if I had it on the ground, but since I'm using it on my patio outdoor table it's not perfect, because to secure it from getting blown by the wind I had to use quite a bit of work and imagination😂 It would be unfair to rate it low because it's not used quite as it's supposed to be used. In the perfect world, used on the soil, secured with the steaks it comes with, it is definitely the best purchase you are going to make for your plants!

So far, so good. Fit perfectly over my 4x4 foot raised beds, and has frustrated the squirrels. I bought 4 of these for my 4-ft garden beds after the squirrels ate all the seeds the day after I planted them. I ordered these and planted again - have caught the squirrels trying to get in but they haven't ripped them or figured out how to lift the corners yet and my vegetables are growing so they might have a fighting chance. I added pinwheels to the corners of the beds - some folks say they help. Squirrels mowed down my heirloom morning glories, gobbled up the melon and pumpkin seeds I planted in raised planters on my patio and helped themselves to an entire package of heirloom sunflower seeds I was starting in eggshells on the table INSIDE my screened in porch. Dug the seeds right out of the eggshells and spit the shells out on the table. Little creeps must be stalking me. They also ate everything that sprouted in my 3 metal troughs, so my mission this week is to make covers out of pool noodles and a bolt of pink tulle. I have replanted everything and covered all my other planters with tulle and 6" garden staples - fingers crossed. I get that there isn't much that's tender and yummy growing wild, but this means war. I'll update if these covers fail.

Absolutely perfect for what I needed and a reasonable price. I read a few bad reviews so was a little afraid but I LOVE that within minutes of opening the package I had it assembled and on my plant. It looks nice and my plant is happy and the stakes hold it firmly into the ground. Great value.

I bought several. Great product.

I bought one then bought several more. They proved to be fast easy shade & frost protection. It only took me less than 5 minutes to pop open & put over plants. I just toss some burlap over the tent for frost protection. I am going to get stakes & weights from the hardware store to make sure they are secure in heavy winds & over container plants. These are great. I don't get any discounts or free stuff.

Works to protect against bug damage, but will blow away in wind without reinforcments!

I have a huge veggie garden and the only plants with no bug damage are the bush beans I planted under this cover! The only problem I've had is with wind. On windy days, the cover would blow right away. I fixed this issue by putting large stakes at each corner and tying the cover to the stakes. Will probably buy more in the future. It's easy to get under on the sides to pick the beans, especially since I have it in a raised bed.

Excellent Plant Sun Protection

I searched extensively for a product like this. These are just what i needed to protect less sun tolerant plants during the harsh summer Florida sun. I have three and was impressed by their design and ease of use. Also the quality given the modest price. They arrive fully assembled in a very large flat box. They easily pop open and collapse to close and store. They come with plastic stakes to secure to ground. However the soil here is soft and areas I am using them wind protected so l just pushed the tent stays into the ground without the stakes. This allows me to easily remove them for pruning and fertilizing. I also only use them for part of the year when the sun is harshest and sometimes remove them during extended cloudy or stormy period. I highly recommend these.

I was having a hard time growing grass on some dry spots of my lawn because I work and was unable to water more than once a day and water restrictions don't allow automatic sprinkler use more than 3 days a week.. This solved the problem. It shades the seed grass just enough to only need water once a day and still grow. Then once the grass has sprouted and grown, I remove it and it can handle the full sun.

What a perfect solution, great idea at a GREAT PRICE! Pops open so easily and snaps shut for storage....very simple. I planted a hibiscus in my side yard and living in AZ I know these plants don't like a lot of direct sun. The new planting was suffering in the partial sunlight it was receiving so I searched for an easy solution and this is it! Perfect for me to give the plant some shade and still easily water it if more was needed. I bought some of this company's larger ones for frost so I can cover my plants quickly and easily on the few nights we receive frost in the Phoenix area each year. The plastic stakes that come with the item may work for some but I bought some of the larger metal plant "staples" at Lowe's and secured each corner loop with a couple staples each and the cover never budged, even during some of our summer "monsoon" weather. Great product!!

Very well made and delivered fast.

I ordered a large one, really could have used a smaller one. Good product but will not keep out the rats, I was expecting too much of this because I have a large one I cannot tighten the bottom of the skirt to make it rat proof. Easy to set up and easy to move. To get the produce you need to take it off every time.

Great shade provider for plants

I live in NYC and this is great for protecting our plants from harsh midday sun. It pretty much stays in the same spot and don't move it around so I'm not sure how other customers are breaking theirs. But mine hasn't broken and it's served its purpose. I'm really pleased with it
