We've been struggling to motivate my son to potty train. Another parent recommended this, and I'm so glad she did. The sensor that goes off when it's used has always worked perfectly. He also loves the flush feature. It's versatile too, as the seat does come off and can be used with your toilet. When I was looking for an over the seat option they were for the most part around this price anyway.. and with this you get both!

I purchased this potty for my 18 month old daughter since she was showing interest in the big toilet. I may grow to hate all the sounds it makes but right now it's cute; for example when you flush it makes the flushing sounds and says "Yay" which my daughter now says every time she "flushes". It also has a sensor in the bowl that plays music and sings once it detects liquid or pressure. What's even better is the green bowl comes out for easy cleanup and the blue seat comes off to be able to use on the big toilet. I thought it was a great buy to get my daughter even more interested is using the potty and I'm very happy with this purchase.

This little training potty is amazing! It sings when child goes #1/#2 and teaches them to flush the toilet. We have started putting our 9mo on it because she doesn't love going in her diaper, and she caught on after a couple times of sitting on it. She loves when it sings to her and the positive reinforcement is a great way to get her comfortable on the potty. Love it!!!

Super neat gadget for the kid. Our daughter is just over a year, but we got this so she would get used to a potty her sized; we didn't want her to be afraid. Right now, she loves to disassemble the potty chair, sit on it backwards, and flush it over and over. Ha. It has blue lights and makes a realistic flush sound. The clear rods inside the face make it look like it has water. Cute little songs about going to the potty get stuck in your head; I find myself humming them.... The blue seat comes off and actually fits our "adult sized" oval toilet lid; we have to turn it sideways and then adjust it to the correct position. Seems to fit relatively snug, so hopefully the kid doesn't slip off later. Haven't had to clean it yet because it's basically a toy at this point, but I think it will be easy to clean up after use.

Yes, as others have said, this little potty is haunted but fantastic. It WILL just start singing in the middle of the night and scare the buhjeepers out of you but you can just turn it off after your little one takes their last potty of the evening. With that said, my son LOVES this potty. You pee and it sings, you flush it and it lights up and sings. It's adorable. I wish more things in life cheered you on for the little stuff. Hurray for this haunted potty!

This is a very cute kid friendly item. It's easy to assemble and comes 90% ready to go. My grandbaby loves it as a toy but haven't yet desired to use it as function. She sits as long as I sit on toilet and loves to flush the potty. It has a cute giggle voice and actual flushing sounds. There is a raised section in front of seat for boys but the well is not so deep so this still may pose a problem of getting it all in. It's apparent that she isn't ready but it's there when she does. The handle requires some effort to get the flush but that's ok because it helps to prevent repetitive flushing which she likes to do. I also ordered the toilet bags to accompany so cleanup would be easy. I love it and am glad it's unisex, that way I can pass it down to my grandboy. Thanks Fisher Price.

I could hug whoever invented this. I'm potty training twins and it might be impossible if the potty didn't sing to tell me when they are successful. They gasp in delight when the song begins and then stand up excitedly to "fush!" The potty. It's not great at detecting #2, but I can usually smell that anyway. The only catch is one of my children tries to pour water or juice from his soppy cup into the potty to try and get credit. Little sneak.

I LOVE this potty; my toddler is fascinated by it too. The LED lights inside the "tank" change when you go to flush the handle, making it appear as if water is swooshing away like a real toilet which is pretty neat, imo. My son isn't actively potty-training yet but I wanted him to become familiar with a mini-potty (something his dad and I swore we would never buy!) so that he is comfortable with it when we do start consistently training. We keep it next to the regular toilet in his bathroom and he loves flushing it. We have a pourty potty, also bought from Amazon, that is an amazing one-piece design, but I noticed he likes to sit on that less than this one as the seat seems to be a bit comfier. The other potty would leave red marks on his toosh even after just a minute or two on the seat so I'm hoping with this being comfier, he will want to try and sit more often. Speaking of the seat, YES, you can take it out and place it on a regular toilet so they don't fall in. I have the elongated toilet seats (not round) and it fits just fine. It comes with batteries too which is a rarity these days!

This is the little potty that we needed to finally get our toddler toilet trained. It is an adorable potty that makes toilet training fun. It has sensors inside the toilet seat so that when it becomes full it sings a song. The seat can be taken off and attached to the regular toilet seat. I did try it and it doesn't work with the toilet shape that we currently have. But that's ok. It also teaches toddlers how to flush the toilet after use ( and I guess not to be afraid of it as well). We are very happy with this potty!!! Thanks Fischer price!

It's a very cute potty chair but it left marks on my baby's bottom which she hated. I ended up buying a different one but was very disappointed having to do so. She loved flushing her potty after going it and when it came time to dump her business in the big potty, it was the highlight of her whole potty training experience. She only used it because she knew she would get to flush the toilet. I rated 5 stars because this is an excellent potty if you have a child like mine that love to flush the toilet as much as mine did.
