I used this jack to support a deck while swapping out 5 4"x6" support posts. I did use a pier block for additional height and ground support instead of placing the jack post directly on the soil. This jack post was really easy to use and for the money extremely cost effective as I have a few more posts to swap out in the future. We did reposition the post in close proximity to each post being removed and cranking it up to take the load off the posts being removed was very easy and work progressed smoothly. I would highly recommend.

Porch Post Jack was easy to do with these post jacks. The screw and bases are loose so watch out! they will fall on your head! - as you try to position them. I ended up tack welding them to the pipes! overall these will jack up a porch easily and quickly. O yes you will need an adjustable wrench (medium size) to turn the screw up or down.

Works great! No issues. When you read the other reviews, you'll read that it comes in separate pieces and needs to be assembled for use. This is really not an issue, I prefer it unassembled because it takes less space on my shelf. I store it in the box that it came in.

This is a substantial jack post at a reasonable price. It is easy to install and fully adjustable. We used 20 posts to stabilize a residential property that had a total failure of most of the original jack posts. A couple of the distances between pier and beam were less than the height of the posts, but it was a simple task to cut a couple of the post tubes off by 2 inches. Therefore, the adjustment range is even greater than advertised. Nice to be so pleasantly surprised.

It was just what I needed to add extra strength to the floor where I wanted to put 2 deep freezers side by side. It is easy to install and is built strong. I put 2 of these on a solid 3# concrete blocks on the ground and used them to support a runner under the floor joist.

Worked perfectly, used one to lift and the other to support while replacing a rotted beam in the basement.

If you have any clue what these are for then you will have absolutely no problems with this. I've done Foundation repairs for years and these beams work just fine. I'm able to jack up a house and level it off just fine, no bending or moving.

I love these, I got 3 of them, two to use under a very heavy fireplace, another to help a couple of floor joists. Easy to assemble, really sturdy.

These are a great buy! Used to level a sagging floor. The bottom plate is a little awkward cause it's free floating, but once positioned and secured it works just fine. You just need a little patience getting it set. An extra set of hands moves it along quicker.

My son and husband raved about this producct. The floor of my aging house needed to have a support beam reinforced. they said the jacks made the project much easier and saved them a lot of work. They left it in place in the crawl space to give the new beam help and keep it compamy.
