• Horze Horse Neck Stretcher is an elastic chambon with hook attachment
  • Adjustable for all sizes making it a very versatile piece of equipment.
  • This works to gently encourage the horse to hold its head down and stay collected and rounded without the rider losingthe sensitivity of the reins

My big 17.1hh warmblood LOVES this thing. Now, he wants to go long and low all the time, even when I am riding him without it! NOTE: He is very tall and VERY long. I do not use the product as pictured. I put the part shown at the poll around my girth, run it through his front legs, and then clip onto each side of the snaffle. This makes it longer. Lunging him with this over a couple months really helped develop a nice topline, especially in his loin area, which really needed it because he is SO long. It also helped his relaxation, as he can be a bit of a spooky horse and encouraging him to go around with his head lower was good for him. I have ridden and lunged in this. I think the length is great. My horse is a big guy- long, wide, and tall - and he is able to fully extended his long neck with his nose in front of the vertical with this on. It also fits my 16.0hh very short-coupled warmblood, with the straps shortened of course.

I use these with lesson horses. They help keep the horses back up and allow the students to concentrate on quiet Hands. I thought the plastic clips would be a problem but they work fine. I'm happy with the product and the horses are not behind the vertical while I'm using them.
