I wish the top was a little more sturdy and the handles didn't come apart from the rest of the bag. Wish it also had a little more scent.

Can’t beat the price

We keep going back for the value and durability of the bags. We never have to worry about sharp items with this bag, and the scent isn’t very strong which is wonderful. Great buy!

... wasn't sure if it would at first - so glad it does

These do have a noticeable odor and it will fight off the odor of your trash (I wasn't sure if it would at first - so glad it does!). I keep my trashcan in my kitchen and do not have an issue with odors. These do have drawstrings which make it easier to close up the bag. If you pack your garbage bag full (I might do this from time to time) it can tear at the top when pulling it out. I don't have this issue too much so it's not that big of a deal for me. This is the only brand of garbage bags that I purchase.

Right size, wife prefers this scent

Fits the trashcans perfectly, haven't had any broken pull strings so far (unlike a few other Glad trash bags), and the wife says she prefers this scent to the other bags we've used previously.

I know some people hate an overwhelming smell

I know some people hate an overwhelming smell. And I get that a lot of people enjoy that there is a very subtle smell of lavender with these bags. But for me, I love when I walked in the door and smell my Glade plug-in. I wish this lavender smell was a bit stronger it is very subtle and very nice not too overpowering. Buuuuuut, I kind of wish it was a stronger smell. Garbage is gross and would be nice if it smelt delicious like lavender. The only time I really smell the lavender is when I first pull it out of the box. I don't think I'll be purchasing these again unless I find a really good sale them because this smell isn't so strong I might as well just buy regular garbage bags. I'm giving this five stars though because most people find a subtle smell as a good quality and they are good bags I'm just a weirdo.

Smells great and hugs the can

I love the smell - it is soft and nice. I like the bags hug the can too - so no bag falling into the can happening here.

Great trash bags.

These are by far the best trash bags I've ever bought. They dont rip easily. And they last a long time. They have real odor blocking control.

Great bags, scent is subtle enough not to be annoying

I wanted a scented kitchen trash bag to mask some odors. I also didn't want something overpowering that smelled like a candle store. These bags fit the bill PERFECTLY. They are sturdy, they smell nice—but JUST A LITTLE—and they hold up just fine for kitchen-to-outdoor-trash-bin trips. I've been buying these for months now and am very happy with them.

Smell great! Flex well!

I love, love, love these! I was previously using the same bags except in a different scent, but I am so happy that I tried the lavender because it smells great! My only complaint is that Glad changed the shape on the odor shield bag a few years ago, so it is now shorter and wider instead of long and narrow. The short and wide bag is great if you aren't using a garbage can, but for my kitchen garbage can the new shape is a little disappointing because I can't fit as much in it since it is shorter. I like these bags so much though that I keep using them anyway.
