STEAL OF A DEAL!!!

WOW!!! I am very impressed with this 1/4 sheet pan with silicone mat insert!!! It is very good quality, a very sturdy pan and with the silicone mat, believe me, this is a "steal of a deal" for the super low price!!! It fits my Breville Smart Oven Plus Countertop Convection Oven (BOV810BSS) perfectly and also my Oster Extra Large countertop convection oven. I am extremely pleased with this set and I am in Hog Heaven that I bought it!! Also, the shipping was super fast, it arrived in two days!!! Thank Y'all Very Much!!!

Quality product

We purchased this sheet pan/baking mat combo in July to use in our toaster oven as we don't have a full-size oven. Since purchasing 4 months ago, we use it often, hand wash (we don't have a dishwasher either), and it still looks brand new. We've baked cookies, roasted vegetables, baked potatoes, cooked chicken, and more. It has a deep enough lip that it can hold juices when cooking fish or meat without spilling. Both the pan and the baking mat have performed perfectly at temperatures up to 450 degrees without discoloration or warping. I mean, it does what it's supposed to, and so far it does it perfectly. What more do you want from a sheet pan?

Great size!

So annoyed! I should have ordered two at the same time. These are the perfect size for making biscuits and bacon at the same time as preparing scrambled eggs and not having your biscuits soak in grease. Received both the pan and silicone liner.

Highly recommend - an essential kitchen item!

I love this pan! I got a small version for my wedding 3 years ago, & we have used it almost daily. It’s still going strong! I bake cookies for a friend’s business & just needed a bigger pan. I purchased one this size & love it so much that I ordered another. These mats are something I never want to bake without. Cookies come out perfectly, evenly cooked every time. I use parchment paper over my sheets because of how many cookies I bake at a time so my mats are still in perfect condition, but the mats themselves are very easy to clean. Do not spray the pan - there is no need & it will leave a residue. Couldn’t recommend any more!

Attractive and durable.

These are FABULOUS! I have used them multiple times. They clean easily. Cookies came out perfectly and did homemade granola. One caution: these are LARGE. They are almost the same size as the oven rack. I have a convection oven so j do not need to rotate racks.

Great set!

After initially searching for silicone mats for our cheap tiny baking sheets, I decided that I wanted to buy new sheets, mats, and cooling/cooking racks. I searched and searched and read so many reviews of Sheets that warp, lose their form, collect water, rust, Mats that smoke and/or emit strange odors - what? and Racks that have poor welds, rust, warp, or are just weak and can't support much weight. I began to lose confidence in the ability to find something reliable here on Amazon. I adjusted my search criteria multiple times before this brand, New Star Foodservice, showed up. As I read the reviews my confidence slowly returned and I decided to proceed with my purchase. I paired these with heavy duty stainless steel racks from Hamilton Housewares. I puchased (2) 1/4 sheet sets for our toaster oven, (1) 1/2 sheet set and (1) 2/3 sheet set which is the largest that will fit in our conventional oven. My wife and I are stoked! We now have these high quality sheets each with a silicone mat and cooking/cooling rack in all these sizes. So far so good! Everything cleans up so easily and we do not see any of the multitude of issues reported by other reviewers.

I was pleasantly surprised at the weight of this pan. The best part is the baking mat. Love being able to easily slide items right off the sheet. What a fabulous invention. Awesome to have a product be exactly as hoped for!

Very Sturdy/Solid Pan

I bought this because I needed a pan to fit in my countertop oven. I saw some other options on Amazon, but opted for this one because it came with a silicon baking mat. It fit perfectly in my countertop oven. I baked sugar cookies on it and they came out great! The pan is nice and thick and the edges are rolled under tight. I highly recommend this pan. I'm going to order another one so I can bake 12 cookies at a time.

Great 1/4 sheet mat.

Loving this little mat. It's easy to clean and fits perfectly on a 1/4 sheetpan in our toaster oven. Def will but again. No weird smell or taste or anything. Better that wax paper. Saves us a ton of money. I'm thinking about getting this brand for our half sheets for our big oven.
