i haven't found anything like this pan. best quarter sheet pan on the market. its very heavy and cooks incredibly well. no warping with this pan!

Strong and won't warp

This stainless pan looks brand new every time I use it, no stains, no warping. I cook bacon almost every morning. I used to cook it on the stove top, but now I use this new quarter sheet in the oven at 400 for 15 mins. Evenly cooked bacon for the family every time. I would recommend using Bar Keepers Friend on this sheet; it keeps it perfect. I'm pleased with the quality of this sheet.

Use a little oil to reheat/cook/bake food.

Love these, they’re heavy and durable. We went away from non stick and won’t look back. These heat food up so fast, we don’t use our microwave so fast heat up is important.

Quality is Top Notch.

I bought it to get away from aluminum. It's expensive but as with most everything else you get what you pay for, it's heavy-weight and should last many many years, plus it cleans well in the dishwasher.

Great pan!

I bought all the 360 bakeware pieces. This handy pan has become my husbands go to pan for reheating leftovers. It works wonderfully and for a man who can burn boiling water, the fact he has yet to manage to burn anything on it yet it is amazing. The occasional soak is all it ever needs. I have used it to make oven-baked fries on, street corn, roast veggies... As with the rest of the 360 line, it is sturdy, doesn't warp and will last a lifetime. A worthwhile investment!

Solid. Hefty. Worth it.

Weighs two pounds. Nice medium size. Outer dimensions are 10" x 14" as stated. Inside dimensions are 8.5" x 12". Well worth its $109 price. Other jelly rolls pans are downright cheap and flimsy by comparison.
