This is a great new shape to introduce to a baby’s mouth. My child has just turned three months old and we introduced this to her a two months and she loved the new shape and texture in her mouth. It is easy for her to hold and pop it into her mouth with some assistance. Definitely great for those who are just beginning to teethe. She has one tooth making its way to the surface and this helps to keep the pain down and soothe. I have not tried the pain easing gel with it but, I will write a review on that when I do.

When my 4month first started teething, I bought a ton of different teethers. He refused to take these nubys and thought I once again just wasted money on something he didn't like or need. However, now at 6 months, still teething of course he loves these things. The best part is that this nuby is completely made out of this soft silicone/rubber so he can chew any part of it. Love this product and would definitely recommend it for any teething baby.

My 3 month old start teething and every teether we used she didn't want to hold in her mouth. It took her awhile to get used to these, however she doesn't take a pacifier, but once she chewed down it was instant relief and she cried every time it fell out. The inky thing I don't like is it seems like it's too big for her mouth. In order to get it in I have to put one side in at a time. Very pleased.

I wish my baby loved these as much as I thought she would. I thought they would be great since she likes to chew on everything! However, shes not that impressed. I think it is worth taking a chance on though! She is only 4 months, so as her teeth actually start coming through she may like them more. They are also great for applying gum soothing medication!

Life saver honestly! Bought these for my little girl because she is teething horribly and boy have they helped alot!!! I love the fact that it covers both top and bottom gums and she can bite on it anywhere! It is soft all the way around! She is only 3 months old and can hold onto it with no problem the only con to it is I got the blue and green paci teethers, there is no option to pick girl colors you get what you get! But its worth the price!

My 16 month old daughter is getting her 2 yr molars in and these have been our saving grace. She has chewed thru her regular pacifiers left and right the past couple of months and we had 1 of these from her teething earlier. When given a choice she choose these over the regular pacifier so we ordered more to leave at grandmas house.

I bought these when my baby was 3 months old and first started showing interest in putting stuff in her mouth (but was not really teething). She had been accustomed to a pacifier at the time and quite frankly found these offensive when I first offered them to her. She didn't accept them in place of regular paci. Well for reasons unrelated to teething we got rid of paci shortly before she was 5 months. After a few pacifier-free weeks she eventually forgot the paci and is now in love with these gum-eez things at 6 months old. I use a pacifier strap to clip them to her shirt so they don't get dropped. The whole thing is soft, not just the mouth piece, but the shield and handle too, so they can't really get it wrong when trying to teethe on it. So basically, if your baby is accustomed to a paci, they may not accept this because it LOOKS like a paci but isn't one, so they'll always be disappointed by it. But if your baby doesn't use a pacifier, these are great, especially when out in public and you can use a paci clip to keep track of it.

A friend recommended these, and since my kiddo never took to a pacifier, I was skeptical, but needed SOMETHING to help her with teething. She doesn't quite understand that she needs to hold it in her mouth (again - never took to a pacifier), but if I hold it for her, biting down on the teeth plate really seems to give her some relief. Enough relief that she is more likely to take a bottle. The plate is also great to put some OraGel on, so she can essentially apply it herself. As an attempt to help see if your kiddo has similar taste to mine - my kiddo likes chewing on crocheted fabric (she has a crocheted rattle and stuffed animal that she loves), terry cloth, teething rings on occasion, and the Nuby Silicone teether. If she's fussing from teething I give her one of these Pacifier teethers, then the Nuby Silicone teether, and she seems to calm down quite a bit. Hope it helps!!!

First kid chewed on the outside of this more than on the part that goes in his mouth. Second kid is now 6 months and loves this thing!! He doesn't use a paci but will chomp on this and it looks like a paci. stays in his mouth well. the thin handle makes me nervous that it may break, but it hasn't yet. Likely it is stronger than it feels
