Rather you like light or dark roast coffee. These beans roast up very nicely. It has a smooth taste of chocolate, cinnamon, and caramel, which Brazilian beans do when not over or under roasted, and is great for home roasting. I would recommend this product to a fellow home roaster.

I'm new to roasting coffee beans but I've used four different brands to date and have to say these have proven exceptional at various roasting levels. Light, medium, and dark. Highly recommend.

Great unroasted coffee and good service

This is a reorder. We really likedf this coffee and roasting is fun. I have compared with some others, we have enjoyed this more than most. Order was ontime and as offered. I will trty to do an update after roasting but have no doubt on the quality.

strong and bold taste

We roast this in an air popper taking it to second crack and achieving a dark roast. This makes a strong cup of coffee! I've always been a 2 or even 3 cup person in the morning but only need 1 cup of this coffee. Two cups on an empty stomach gives me discomfort. We were drinking the Columbian beans (same seller) before, dark roast, and that was good, but Brazilian is better.

Like I said, I don't have much to compare to, but I really enjoy this, and will likely reorder. If you are just starting out, give these a try. I like dark roast, and was easily able to get these to a second crack, and first batch was good. Price is nice too.
