Adult woman here. bought them for myself. I find this pair more comfortable (light, flexible, close to the ground) than the Venice H2, and me and my feet love them! Sizing: I'm a women's size 7.5 (European 38) in street shoes. In these I needed a size 6 Big Kid (anything smaller felt too small). They're a bit barefoot-like and probably not for people looking for heavy arch support (but no, they're not barefoot to the point of feeling every pebble. and they do feel cushioned). I wouldn't hike in them (I wouldn't hike in ANY pair of sandals) because they're likely (like ANY sandal) to get pebbles and/or sand inside. I use them for everyday use (walks, home, out). They're probably going to be a bit hot in very hot weather (since they're a bit closed for sandals).

I have been looking for a sturdy pair of sandals for my daughter who has wide feet. I have wanted so much to avoid shelling out the big bucks. I have found boys shoes at Kmart. She wore through the fasteners in two weeks. I bought her Velcro teva-style sandals at Target. The Velcro frayed off within two weeks. I then began to order shoes off of Amazon. Thank God for Amazon's shoe return policy. I bought and returned 4 different pairs. Usually things that fit in length were too narrow and things that were wide enough were too long. I did find it ran a little smaller than other shoes by about a half size. My daughter is thrilled. She has cute girly shoes that fit her and are really comfortable. They are definitely wide, and I am so happy they are.

I am in Vanautu on an LDS Charities mission assigned to do humanitarian work. We were advised before we left to get KEEN sandals. It was the best advice. They go through water, hiking, muddy trails into villages, through town and into business meetings and keep looking great. Excellent value for the money. I am a lady but with a wide foot and I purchased a child's shoe for a perfect fit. Take a look at this picture, I have my KEENs on. Wear them walking to church.

Bought the Seacamps for my very active 3 yr old grandson. He won’t wear flip flops for more than 5 minutes because he hates the strap between his toes. Also he can’t run in them. I decided to give these a try. It’s too hot here in California to wear a tennis shoe if you don’t have to. These were a huge hit with him as well as his parents. They are very sturdy and he can run, hop, walk in water and still protect his feet. They are easy to get on and off. I know they are pricey but you do get what you pay for. He loves these.

Had to return due to the fit being too large and very wide. We are sizing down but haven't received the smaller size yet to update on the fit and function. Update: We received the smaller size and it fits great. My 2 year old loves her new shoes. They are nice and flexible which is important for me in kids' shoes. I'd say they run about a half size bigger than Stride Rite shoes we have in the same size.

I love Keens. This is my sons second pair of Keens. I buy them big so he wears them for 2 summers. They stay on just fine a little big the first summer as the straps are adjustable. They're practical, closed toe protects from stubbing toes, and best of all they are washable. With my sons last pair, we had no odor issues the first summer... The second summer they did start to stink but I was able to remedy that easily. Soak them in white vinegar for a little while... Then without rinsing off the vinegar, sprinkle baking soda into the sandals. Let it sit for a few minutes then toss them in the washing machine (vinegar and baking soda still on).. Wash in a regular cycle and then dry in the sun. After doing that just once we had no more odor for the rest of the summer and they continued to hold up fabulously. Sizing I feel is accurate. They're expensive but if you get a couple summers out of them they're well worth the money. We love Keens.

My almost 3 year old who often refuses to try on new shoes (especially sandals), tried these on, and really loves them. I put them on over socks initially, and, on a hot day, took socks off - baby loved it both ways (with and without socks), was actively jumping, running on a beach and outdoor play-yard - perfect solution for summer! very happy so far, she did not even mind sand gets in, very easy to take on/off.

This is my 2nd pair of Keen sandals. I am a full-grown woman that fits the Keen's Big Kid size 6 (I wear 7.5 Women's). My first pair (Newport H2) has been tried-and-true, traveling to several countries for miles of hikes and walks through all sorts of terrain and weather. I wanted a 2nd pair to wear while my 1st pair was drying from rain/rafting/beach. These are comparable to the Newport H2's in that both are comfortable, air-dry pretty fast and are the ugliest shoes I own. The main difference is that these are much lighter and nowhere near as clunky and clowny-looking. You won't win any fashion contests with these but they are practical and excellent hiking sandals.

Bought these last year for my 2 y/o, bought them again this year. They are just the best hybrid shoes. They support like a sneaker, but breath like a sandal. They are no skid and are super comfy. They dry pretty quickly and look pretty much new even at the end of the season. My daughter has a wider food where her toes are and these are comfortable for her. Will most definitely be buying another pair again for next summer. Great water/hiking/ summer shoe!

These are really great looking shoes. I purchased two pairs for our 3 year old twin boys and today's the first day they've worn them so I can't comment yet on how they'll hold up, but Keen's are usually very durable so I'm sure these will be as well. I was surprised that they ran so small - all of the other shoes we have for the boys are size 7 (toddler) - they cannot wear size 8 yet, but in these the 7's were way to small for them. These shoes in 8 seem to fit as all our other 7's do. The only other thing I find strange is the velcro strap itself; it's harder than most to pull it tightly because it goes through a loop which constricts it a bit, but I'm hoping that will ease up over time. Other than those two minor issues I'm very happy with these shoes and would highly recommend. Update: a year later and I'm buying the next size up. The shoes held up really well and seem to be very comfortable as both boys like wearing them. That said, I'm now buying a size 9 in these shoes when all of our other shoes are size 8 (8.5 max). All other size 9 shoes are too big for the boys right now and only these shoes are too small for them in a size 8. As long as you make the size adjustment you should be very happy with these shoes.
