Great quality
We’ve only used this twice so far, but it’s really great quality. The quality is comparable to my Staub Dutch oven. I can tell this will last many years.

Fondiculously good!
This set is a steal for the price. Materials feel like a great quality. The pot is nicely heavy and holds heat well. The stand is very sturdy. I didn't find any issue with the forks - seemed perfect for fondue to me! Have used the pot for cheese and oil and it worked really well for both. Certainly recommend, and would buy again myself!

Best Fondue Pot EVER!!!
I just received my VonShef fondue set and I am so happy! This is the nicest set I've seen and is very well made. The pot itself is a heavy cast iron as well as the stand it sits on. The red is a beautiful Christmas red and will match exactly with my cast iron Le Cruset Dutch Oven! The packaging was very sturdy and there are no chips or scratches in any of the enamel or cast iron as another reviewer had experienced. This set would make a perfect gift for anybody, especially at this price. It looks and feels like a hundred-dollar set. My friend has an Emile Henry fondue set and I would prefer this one. The scalloped cut-outs in the lid make it festive and provides a nice resting place for the multi-colored fondue forks, either of which do not come with the overly-expensive Emile Henry. The stand has an indentation that the forks rest on and the enamel coating on the inside makes for an easy clean-up. It also holds a 7.0 ounce Sterno can perfectly - as my photo shows. I am so excited to use this set on Christmas eve with my children, a tradition that we started with my friend a few years ago. This year we will have Christmas Eve at home with our new and beautiful VonShef fondue pot! I strongly recommend this set over any others for the quality and weight of the cast iron, the unique design of the lid and the beautiful red color! You will NOT be disappointed!

Perfect for fondue parties
Cute and compact it looks nice sitting on the table with other appetizers and trays. It is especially helpful that each of the forks has a different color dot on the end so you can keep track of which fork belongs to who. The only difficult thing was that the fuel did not come with the pot and, having not used one before, I found it confusing as to where I was supposed to get it and how it worked. A little online research solved that problem. I would suggest they send at least a small amount of fuel with the pot so it could be used right away.

love the ceramic coating
Heavy duty, love the ceramic coating. Wooden skewers. So pretty to make a yummy fondue. No complaints

This fondue set works great. I especially like being able to heat the ingredients on the stove first and keep them warm on the warmer. I wasn't able to figure out how to light the warmer. I think you need a liquid fuel, but otherwise this is a very nice set for the price.

After spending a month in Geneva, Switzerland I had to buy a fondue set. It is a good investment, just a little difficult trying to figure out the flame area.

Heavy fondue pot
Nice heavy weight fondue pot. Able to cook the chocolate right in the pot and it didn't cook on. Would have been nice to know that fuel was not included with the set

A quality product
Heavy, durable construction but I wish it had come with some advice about what fuel to use. I think maybe blue gel, but not sure and have never used that before. I fired it up with Sterno, which works great except that the temp can't be controlled. This pot comes with a device that can turn down the flame. But with what fuel? Will have to do some research on that. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase and looking forward to a fondue party soon.

... we had them in the 60's and they were great fun at a party
I was wanting a fondue pot again - we had them in the 60's and they were great fun at a party. When people wanted something more to eat, they simply fired up the pot and cooked it fresh. Fondue pots which work with canned heat are also very useful when one has a power outage - such as are common on the gulf coast during hurricane season. I know I will enjoy and use the pot frequently.
