Happy Bathing

I finally found a shampoo that doesn't irritate my dog's very sensitive skin!! Not only does it not cause redness or itching, it cleans his fur, lathers great, and rinses really easy. This is on a short haired German Shepherd. I also tried the conditioner, because I loved the shampoo so much, but didn't find the grooming experience any better for it.

Bichon skin issue rescue therapy!

The shampoo for dogs line is so expansive, it was hard to decide which one to choose for Bichon skin issues. I have used the Oatmeal shampoo and conditioner with great results. No more scratching and chewing. Never have used a conditioner before, I would never be without it now for this dog.

Cured my dog's itching

I kept thinking my dog had a flea, she would keep scratching the same area. I used Sentry Natural Flea shampoo and I tried the Hartz version that is sold at supermarkets. Then I tried this Burt's Bee's and almost immediately and never again does my dog have an itch around her tummy area. If she gets a flea I'll use Sentry again.

Love this product!

Love this shampoo! It has a gentle scent, not overwhelming. It also both lathered well and rinsed easily. My dog looked beautiful after one use, her coat is bright and fluffy! Great product!

Nice. Makes for a clean, fresh-smelling dog, not too scented. Easy to rinse out.

This shampoo will last me forever, as my dog is only 4.5 lbs and it takes very little soap to suds him up. The shampoo doesn't really have much of a scent, which is fine by me. I can't stand perfumey anything and I don't like chemicals on my dog. The product soaps up well and is easy to rinse out. The dog smells fresh and clean. He isn't a smelly dog and only gets a bath once in a great while----after a particularly dusty hike, say. My tip for easy dog washing: keep saying "bath" to the dog and get him used to that word. Make sure s/he gets plenty of happy voice talk (high-pitched) and lots of little treats: small bits of cheese work well. Let your dog know getting bathed is a good activity that is well rewarded. Soon you will have a dog who doesn't mind being bathed.

Soft and clean for days

We are surprised at how well this product suits our dog. We have used other good shampoos before but the softness, clean, shine and non-odor that resulted from this shampoo is unsurpassed. The clean lasts much longer as well. We have a beagle whose coat near the tail can be wiry, but with this shampoo even those hairs were palpably softer.

No perfume smell SO dog wont roll on something stinky after you're hard work!

Perfect for cleaning the dog. Perfect to prevent the dog from rolling on worms or something else stinky because dogs don't M like perfume smell. This shampoo is not offensive to the dog.

Works great! Soothed his itchy skin and his coat is shiny again!

My dog is on flea treatment but has a flea allergy, so even though he is not full of fleas, just one flea bite and he will scratch until he is raw. I used this shampoo to sooth his poor itchy skin and it is healing and his coat is shiny again. He did get a cortisone shot for the summer to help with the allergy so he's not scratching like he was, but after using this shampoo, his fur was nice and soft, not dry and dull like with the previous shampoo.

Awesome

Trying to finish my daily chores, I find our advancements in society have needlessly increased my to-do list. As such, I did not want to add "after shampooing dog's fur, use conditioner." I am trying to shorten the to-do list, not lengthen it. After using the conditioner on Benny, my cocker spaniel, I was more than happy to lengthen my list of chores. His fur , which was unbelievably soft and smelled great, was easier to brush. Due to its greater manageability, I was able to brush OUT more of his undercoat. In turn, this decreased his itchy skin. Therefore, I was more than willing to increase my to-do list with one more chore.

Fantastic Shampoo!

I love this shampoo! My dog was really itchy. We live in California and the heat was getting to her because she has a lot of fur. I had used a shampoo that turned out to be very bad for her skin so I quickly got this one, gave her a bath and literally instantly, right after her bath I could tell she was relieved. No more incessant itching or biting. She's calm and happy and so now I am too. Happy dog, happy life:))
