I rally love this stuff
I rally love this stuff!! After moving to Kauai HI I noticed feeling extremely tired and worn out because of the heat and humidity. I love this because it tastes great and I love the ratio of elements as well as being extremely convenient with being in single serving packets.I don't get as tired now when I drink one packet a day . I really notice if I don't have this I don't feel as good so I make sure to always have this on hand. I like the berry flavor the best!

Too "sweet"?
I just got my order in. I made sure to have ordered the old version. I'm happy they did not pull a switcharoo on me. Some of these reviews are funny. Complaining about how sweet it is makes me lose brain cells just reading it. Cut the portion or add more water. Smh. The only complaint anyone should have is getting the new version as the formulation of this product has changed and the benefits are much lower. Yes, it's a little pricey, but not really if you think about your health and other things you would normally have to buy to get the same benefits. Do the math. Even if it's comes out to about a dollar a day, you are saving money not having to buy multiple items to reach the same goal. Just my two cents (which I am saving to pay for the next order ;) )

Good source of electrolytes, no sugar
When I went on a ketogenic diet a few months ago, I needed a supplement with adequate potassium and magnesium that did not contain sugar or other carbs. This one works well. It has the best electrolyte profile of any of the sugar free supplements I've found. The taste of the lemon lime flavor is ok--not unpleasant, and it's easily portable--I just add a packet to a bottle of water and shake well. (I haven't tried the berry flavor) I've reordered several times now. For anyone who works out and is on a low carb diet of any kind this is a good option.

Makes a NOTICEABLE difference in my workouts!
I've been using this Vega Electrolyte product for 2-3 months now. I first tried it when I received a few packets as a free sample with a different order. I workout once or twice a day, for 30-60 mins each time. It's Beachbody routines in the morning (P90X, P90X2, Insanity, Asylum, Body Beast) and then usually a 5k in the evening. I'd been taking (and still do!) the Vega Sport Pre-Workout Energizer, Lemon Lime, 19 Ounce BEFORE each workout (and that made a definite difference from the first time I tried it). I now use the Electrolyte Hydrator (a packet mixed in my water bottle) during the morning workouts (and when working outside in the Tampa sun), and I use Vega Sport Performance PROTEIN -Chocolate Flavour (827g) Brand: Vega in my breakfast/recovery shake after each morning workout. I'm using all three products, and yes, it's a little spendy, but the results have been very real for me!

This stuff is great! I was having a real problem with my calves due to jogging. I was consistently sore, then in pain. I started drinking this stuff and right away the pain and soreness left. Our muscles need electrolytes and this one has the advantage of not being smothered in fake sugar. Plus the berry tastes great. My mother says drinking it helps her stay awake throughout her day as well. My sister is a dancer and uses it to battle soreness and fatigue.

Since I stopped consuming most sugar I needed to find an electrolyte I could use while I Crossfit and backpack ... I switched from sugary Gatorade to this a couple years ago and it works great! I was talking to a woman who does SAR for Grand Canyon national park and she uses this too. It was good to hear of another backpacker who uses it. Plus you use much less per liter of water since it takes a ton of refined sugar to sweeten a liter and less stevia. Stevia is a natural form of sweetener ... I don't like fake sweetners so it's the only non sugar sweetener I currently use. Glucose is glucose no matter what, but refined sugar to me seems very bad. I love the berry flavor the best. They also have like, but the berry is the best.

Clean ingredients
This was my go to preworkout for years. Nothing crazy energy wise, no flushing/itching/tingling, just focus and a lil suggestion I call it. Flavor is not bad, tastes like herbaly lemon lime gatorade to me. I also add collegen, glutamine, bcaas, acv. I am taking a break from this due to treating low FODMAP/AIP diet, but will put it back up when my gut has improved.

Great for endurance during high intensity workouts!
I sweat like a mad (wo)man and decided to try the Hydrator to see if it would help my endurance at all during HITT workouts. I'm so glad I did! While I don't need to use this as much for lower intensity workouts, adding Hydrator to my water for more intense cardio has been a life saver for me. I have been using it for a few months now and plan to keep it in my cupboard from now on. Thanks Vega!

But Vega really has the best flavor. Plus
I use Vega Sport Electrolyte Hydrator mixed with water after every run to replenish electrolytes lost through sweat. It makes me feel instantly refreshed. I've tried other electrolyte powders and coconut water, and they're okay. But Vega really has the best flavor. Plus, it's sweetened with stevia, so it's calorie free. Coconut water, by contrast, is typically 50 calories per 8-ounce glass. And some other electrolyte powders and drinks have sugar or other not-so-healthy sweeteners (plus chemicals ... ick). The Lemon-Lime Vega is my fave!

Buy the Lemon Lime !
Good stuff ! The tub was shockingly small, but so are the servings, so it goes a long way. There’s a tiny little scoop in there, you end up getting 40. I don’t really like stevia, but in the lemon lime flavor it’s tolerable, and actually quite pleasant. I run 3-4 miles a day so this a great addition to my routine. I’ve been using the sports recovery protein for a while in mocha flavor, and it’s awesome. Tastes just like a chocolate ice coffee. Love Vega, great products !
