Nice to have on hand!

It's crazy how hard it is to find seafood stock in the grocery store. I do like to make my own, but I often run out when I want it. This is very good and very convenient to store... It's pricey, so it won't replace mine--but it's great to have on hand. Note that I don't think it makes 6 cups... I used a whole package to make 3-4 cups, I think.

Best Fish Stock Ever!

If you are unable to make your own fish fumet, this is an incomparable product and really makes a difference in fish based dishes and sauces. I use it in seafood fettucine, light fish curries and especially for fish sauces. It is really excellent and imparts and incredible depth of flavor. Highly recommended!

Excellent

This is the only product I have found that can be substituted for fresh fish stock in European cuisines. I wish it were possible to buy it through Prime in the 16 oz. size.

Very easy to use.

Wonderful as a base for soups. In the past I have only had fish soups, chowders, bisques in restaurants. But with this base I have been experiencing on my own and I'm thrilled with it, I feel like a real pro!
