works perfect on Tuff Stuff 6175AL-1 Type II Power Steering Pump
The reservoir sets back about 1/8" from the front pump when seated. The clips are also shorter to allow it to lock where it is properly seated. The cap threads on, and the quality is also nice. I was originally trying to fight a stock GM type 2 iron pump reservoir on the Tuff Stuff aluminum pump. The issue I was having was it would seal fine until I push my clips all the way up putting the factory reservoir in a bind making it leak. I also had an issue with the factory reservoir bring pushed back when tighten it up on the front bracket. Save a lot of time and aggravation get this for their pump. I see no reason why this will not work on a factory pump as every thing is the same other than it seating back more on the pump, but use the clips than come with the reservoir.

Works on 2000 Jeep Cherokee
I took a chance on this for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee, since the Dorman billed as the replacement for my broken reservoir got terrible reviews. This one fits onto my power steering pump just fine, although it does sit with a little tilt in the mount. That doesn't seem to affect its performance, however. It holds power steering fluid and does not leak. The return nipple seems to be constructed a little more robustly than the one that broke off my OEM part, and the supplied o-ring is thick enough to form a good seal with the pump body.
